If you have a computer, go that route. It will not only save you money, it will save you time, stress, and clear up miscommunications. You might think, as I once did, that having a rep in the neighborhood might be useful when dealing with your insurance company. That dealing with a person face to face would be more expeditious. But that has not been the case with Modica. When a simple billing problem snowballed, this agency made matters worse rather than better by telling me things were taken care of, when they weren't. Next time, I go with the Gekko.
