Unacceptable. Please find somewhere else…read more My dog had a bad irritation on Saturday afternoon after she came back from this groomer. My dog kept licking and rubbing herself. She didn't stop so we went straight to the vet on Monday morning. Groomer must've nicked my dogs skin. But the owner, Angelina blamed me why I didn't get back to her any earlier which was absurd. Saturday afternoon till Sunday they were closed. Then she asked me to bring my dog again to the vet again so she can see with her eyes to investigate. What? They should've apologised rather than keep accusing me and the vet. It was very rude and not the right way to treat a customer. It was not me to explain or show evidence but it was your job. I did show all my evidence. I never complain for the last two visits but this time it was unacceptable. Owner is a nightmare to deal with. I don't have time to deal with this nightmare. They sprayed strong perfume on my dog without asking. If you are a dog carer, you wouldn't do that because the part of a dog's sense of smell is 40 times greater than humans. This business will again write all their excuses and accusing me rather than finding solution or apologising. That will show how horrible they are.

As it turns out the store sells one of the biggest ranges of dry, wet, fresh and frozen pet foods which explains the large number of customers in here on the weekends looking for some treats to spoil their dogs, cats and other animals. Rather than being your typical friendly pet store where you feel you can have a chat with the owners or sales assistants about what food would be best for your pet, the store seemed more like a big k-mart wanting to get customers in and out the door as fast as possible. The fact that there was also a large cage in the middle of the store where there were some chicks gathered in one corner under a heat lamp, seemed like the store cared more about the dollars than for pets.
