Not impressed with this business! We had our tax returns done by them for the first (and last)…read moretime. * Initial meeting with Sherry was good... she is personable and seems efficient. Apparently, she is not the one who processed our returns...she only took our information. * The time it took to process our return was a bit excessive. We were told it would be two weeks and it was four weeks. (We got our information to them early (2/10) to avoid this.) I had to follow up twice... after the first time I was told someone would get back to me and they did not, so I had to contact them again the next week. I wouldn't have been irritated about the time frame IF they had gotten back to me. * The cost was double what we paid in prior years at another business. I was first told they would mail our information to us (we e-signed). But then they called me back and gave me the choice of paying $20 or picking it up. I'm not paying extra for them to mail it back when I've already paid a steep fee. What happened to businesses absorbing/budgeting for mailing costs?? * When I looked in the envelope after we picked it up there was not a paper copy of our return. I'm old school - I want a paper copy. But I guess that costs them too much to print! * Hopefully they filed our returns correctly and the only problems I have are customer service issues.
