I hate this location so much. They put in zero effort in everything they do. I will say that I almost exclusively use the app for pickup. Today pushed me over the edge just enough for me to sign up and leave this review. Today one burrito was torn in several spots & barely wrapped. Could have easliy fallen apart and spill into the bag. Then there is the fact that I always have to ask for the chips for every meal. Today I watched as they took one of the burritos out of a bag with chips & added to one of the already prepped bags. I was like umm, no chips for all of them please. If I do happen to order in store, I will always get the chips for each meal, without asking. So now I am starting to think they are told to short the app orders on purpose. It is beyond frustrating that I have to ask everytime! & could you imagine if I didnt pay attention and then a bunch of adults now have to share a bag a chips. Especially when one has ordered queso as well. No Bueno! For anyone who says "just go inside and order". I would if they did not put the mobile orders first. I have stood there while they made 3 orders before mine. So I feel like as a busy parent I am forced to do the mobile order for pick up since I can't stand around for 15 minutes waiting to just order food when there is no one else in the restaurant. Just OK and their workstation is dirty a lot of times which makes me change my mind about ordering.

When I rate or write a review about a restaurant its 2 things the food it self and how clean the place is. This location is DIRTY and I will not eat from a restaurant that is nasty. Behind the counter where they have have the food on the line is gross , They do not clean the floors or the grill or the counter top at all . The soda machine area is always leaking and the ice machine seems to never work well. The service is always good but the restaurant is dirty which tells me that their management does not follow health safety guidelines. In fact if the health department walked in on any given day it would fail.I don't wanna get sick from dirty food so I no longer go to this location. read more

I'm usually a fan but today was it. Steak was over seasoned and tasted like chalk, toppings were relatively fresh minus the soggy tomatoes. Staff was quick and reliable and prices were the standard. A bit drafty tho. read more

Really good fresh food. After having a negative experience at another Moe's years ago I hadn't been to one in a long time. I mobile ordered on their app and my food was ready at the time stated. I got the homewrecker bowl which was fresh and a fairly large portion for the price. I really liked their chipotle ranch dressing that came on it. It could of used more steak as they were a little skimpy with it. My bowl came with chips and red salsa which were flavorful and fresh. The salsa station was very clean and all salsas were stocked. I did take off a star for no welcome to Moe's greeting when entering. Will definitely return. read more

Most of the stuff put in my bowl wasn't even chopped up, they forgot my drink, queso and gave green salsa instead of red.

When I arrived yesterday (12/9/20) I was surprised at how welcoming everyone was, it was my first time eating at moes and let's just say the reason this is my first review is because this place is incredible. A young lady with glasses and blackish hair assisted me while choosing what else I wanted on my burrito, she was so pleasant and polite, when I got to the register she dropped my chips but immediately got me a new bag and profusely apologized, a younger man came from the back to collect what I assume the dishes he was also very nice by telling me to have a nice day. All in all 9/10 experience and I will definitely come back. See you tomorrow moes! read more

Tried twice to submit a complaint with a picture on the "Moe's website" - Both times said I would receive a response shortly. I've heard nothing! Inside a First Rule of Chicken Club quesadilla, there was some black pieces of paper - not sure what they were. The Homewrecker Burrito was great. Whatever you do though don't upgrade it to a drink and Queso. I have never had Queso and thought it was a soup. It is a very small amount of chip dip cheese sauce. read more

Very friendly staff. Food is great. Gave 3 stars because place is always so messy. Can never even find a clean table and salsa is always empty. Went several times at 4pm, well after lunch and we'll before dinner....each time none of the tables were wiped down and salsa was all empty, also garbage were overflowing. read more

This Moe's is really hit or miss. Now don't get me wrong, I love Moe's, because who doesn't love a good burrito? But the consistency really isn't there. Some days I'll go and the rice is as hard as a rock, or something in my burrito is really salty, but on other days everything is on point. The consistency issue doesn't just end with the food either - the people working there are either really awesome or really blah. I guess it just depends on who you catch working there. I've had some really great experiences and I've had some other days where I wish I went somewhere else instead - but you'll almost always catch me there on Moe's Monday. read more

One of the best, most personable staffs i have ever dealt with at a Moe's restaurant, I've been to a lot and these guys will definitely hook you up with what you want and how much you want of it. When dealing with chain restaurants you can't expect anything different than the last one, every Moe's has the same tasting food as far as I know. It's like going to a McDonald's, the thing that sets them apart is the way they prepare the food and how nice they are. These guys do a good job I am seeing a lot of people say that the tables are dirty, I don't usually sit down so I can't comment on this. The line for food was very slow, upon arriving at register was asked if I wanted chips. Really. What else would I use to eat my salsa? The tables were filthy and it wasn't like it was crowded. When getting ready to leave the exit trash was full we told one of the workers she told us to use the front trash, which was more overflowing than the back. My experience at this establishment was unpleasant to say the least. The chairs in disarray, the tables soiled, but nothing was as unappetizing as the service. The gentleman assembling my burrito was extremely off putting. He showed little care for my burrito, customer service, and the great planet we live on.
