DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY!
I initially came to the office and informed one of the attorneys by the name of George Katchmer that I wanted to withdraw my plea in the Warren Co. Common Pleas Court, it was based primarily on a police incident report I got via public records request on my own criminal case that had been suppressed in discovery. Part of the police report indicated there were other police reports missing in addition to various evidentiary items in the prosecutors case folder. I quickly forked over $10,000 to the attorney, he managed to get me a hearing at the trial court. Everything sounds cool to this point, but hear this. The DAY BEFORE THE HEARING, the attorney approaches me and says he's not going to subpoena the rest of the records in the prosecutors possession, he said "are you crazy?", I told George, you already have a motion informing the trial court that there are other reports the prosecutor has and it's Brady material. George said "I'm not going to subpoena anything for you!, he then said "the prosecutor might bring the records in", I said, well isn't that your job to call up the prosecutor, and subpoena the records? He said no. So the day of the hearing, absolutely no witnesses shows up to court, and the prosecutors are at counsels table giggling because the Judge asks my attorney, so where are these records? He said I must have forgot them. The trial court then dismissed my claim. ON APPEAL, GEORGE WROTE THE 12TH DIST. COURT OF APPEALS THE PROSECUTOR IS STILL HIDING EVIDENCE AND IT'S BRADY MATERIAL. Referencing his error, he still claimed to the court of appeals it was never entered into the court record because he forgot, and Patrick Mulligan was suppose to step in and inform that court his associate made an error of law. What did he do? NOTHING! A BUNCH OF CROOKS!
