And she is so patient and so kind. The other day I got papers served for my foreclosure, mine, my husband's I should say, and she was like calm, cool, and collected. And she said that she has it, that Eric has it, and that Eric will take care of it, and really was amazing at how she just handled the situation. I love having Eric as my attorney because he is very knowledgeable, very kind, very patient, very much a real down-to-earth person. I also like the fact that he's Christian and has stuff on his wall that shows me that I can trust him, I guess. I don't know how to put it, but I really like the fact that he's a Christian, and I'm glad I went with this office. My husband and I have learning limitations. We are, like, trying to understand this stuff and get all this stuff to him. And he has been very patient through this process of us trying to get stuff for us. And a friend jumped in to help us, and he worked well, or is working well, with her and me and Jake and making sure that we know what's going on and how long this process is going to take.

I had full coverage with State Farm and he took $10,000 from State Farm that I didn't receive and didn't need because the other person had full coverage with Geico. i asked him not to mess with my insurance because it wasn't needed. He talked me in circles and took advantage of my stress in trying to replace my vehicle to care for my children and my lack of knowledge in dealing with lawyers and insurance. He was going through litigation with his former firm that I later found out about. $10,000 doesn't seem like enough to risk your livelihood, but just think if you did it to 10 or 20 clients....or more? Sounds like Alex Murtagh doesn't? Taking advantage of marginalized, scared, ignorant of the law clients. if I could give him one star I would. Well, that was almost 6 months ago. She has attempted to call the office a couple times and left a voicemail with nobody returning her calls and today when she finally got a hold of someone and asked why she has not received her money 17 months later, no one can give her an answer, and she then asked where the progress was at and what the timeline is looking like and they told her they have no idea. so they were dishonest and manipulative with what they told her when convincing her to accept the agreement. I think that this is unprofessional, and I do not believe that they cannot give her any and we will be contacting another attorney to see what options we have at this time.
