It surprised me to see this place only has 2.9 stars (as of May 28, 2026)! I love Moe's -- I live in Santa Clara and I often go out of my way to come here to get gas. They always have the best cash price in all of San Jose, associates are super friendly, and they've got the long hoses can stretch to the other side of your car. This review is mostly about the weird angry attendant working here, Marco. I came here during a quiet afternoon and there's this curly haired guy just yelling at people. Don't park like that! Pull forward! Don't you see the arrows! Super aggressive and I don't know what was his deal. I guess he's going through something, but taking it out on people just trying to get gas is a weird power trip to make yourself feel better. Anyway, the gas station itself is pretty run down and old, it happened to be convenient for me but I think I'll avoid it in the future. Don't need any more run ins with the crazy guy who thinks he's the parking police. Not to mention the prices were way higher than anywhere around it. Cheapest gas in this part of San Jose in 95124 and 95125 zip codes (closest to Campbell & Los Gatos). The lines are regularly very long but most people do make an effort most of the time to move out of the way and move along so the traffic buildup does not last very long. read more

I pay cash. A lot of times they're cheaper than Costco if you're looking for less expensive gas. Overall a great place to get gas. The line is one direction. Attendant is rude to customers. I had an issue with the card. I was using at the pump went inside to ask for help and he told me it was my problem not his which I understand. I told him to try again and he wouldn't.. Then trying to leave the parking lot it's an absolute mess. I've been a customer for about seven years now. However, today they broke the streak. I have had patience with the Asian owners because I understand how hard running a business can be when they hardly speak English. During the last seven years their air pump has worked once, trash cans are always packed but today I felt more disappointed than ever. I handed out $30.00 cash to an Asian (small Vietnamese) guy- rude as always. I asked for $30.00 on pump 5, I walked away and while I'm pumping gas I noticed pump stopped at $20.00. I went back and politely asked him what had happened. He told me I was wrong that I only gave him $20.00 pointing out 2 ($10) bills and screaming at me that I was wrong.I'm beyond disappointed on how they are running their business. We pump gas here 2-3 times per week for different cars and the owner lacks compete sense of customer service and proper protocol as if the idiot which he proved he was!!! Yesterday, I noticed the Pump Nozzle was leaking (dripping fuel on the ground) which got fuel on my shoes, tires, and Car body which is NOT safe! I went inside to tell him about the problem, he did NOT eve bother to apologize! To make matters worse, when I asked for a Napkin to clean my hands, and now dirty cell phone, the moron threw of the Dirty and USED napkin he had under his hands behind the counter!! Instead of apologizing and coming out to see what the problem was, he offered me the filthy, Used Napkin! It was gross! Moe's Stop Gasoline has the best prices in the area (if you pay cash). This is the place to fill your car with fuel and save some money. There are only 4 lanes, each with three pumps. There is no way to get out if you are finished and the person at the pump in front of you is still slowly filling their tank. So, be a nice person, with polite patience and wait for your turn to exit. Being that this gas station has usually the cheapest prices, at times there is a line of cars waiting. Unless you desperately need fuel now, it is best to wait for another day and perhaps there will be no line. The prices may change daily with each shipment; prices move up or DOWN with the market, but are lower than the competition. The owners charge a fair price for their fuel. My biggest disappointment is how they went up 3 times in just one day on March 7th, 2022!
