Mud was still on my door frame. they didn't clean inside my middle console. I had to wash my windows when I got home because they were so smeary! the outside car wash was terrible bits of bird poop still visible on my car. Anything that required elbow grease or any effort was not done. $175 down the drain! plus they had the car all day. DON'T GO HERE! It was a birthday gift from my bf and this place ruined the gift and experience! my car was not super dirty no pets were in there no kids. back seat hardly used. Just go somewhere else where they will actually do a good job. I feel taken advantage of by this experience.

I found All City Mobile Detailing on Yelp and gave them a call. Since they come out to me, the process was as painless as ever. Lawrence did an excellent job across the board. Great communication and very professional. They had to move the appointment out a day strictly because of weather but showed up the next day on time (actually early) and keep me in the loop the entire time. They used all their own supplies including water for washing and power. Spent a couple hours making the car look like it did when I drove it off the lot 3 years ago.

However, the one young man that works there who wears a beret looking hat and drives an early 2000's silver Ford Taurus has an absolutely foul attitude. Every time I pull up and see him working I regret going because he looks and acts as if I'm inconveniencing him. He barely hoses down my car and never wipes it down with the brushes and does everything as fast as he can so he can go sit in his car until someone else comes. Other than that, it's a great car wash and every other employee properly wipes down my car every time I go through.

We have found the ultimate place for a great detail job! I currently drive a black diesel dually truck and it is extremely hard to get it to shine and be as clean as I want it to be. When we first tried exclusive auto detailing, they knocked it out! My truck has never looked so good. Other detail shops just weren't getting it clean, and the inside wasn't up to par either. The owner Jeff makes it look better than the day it rolled off the lot. We also have two little kids, and they destroy my wife's car. It doesn't matter how many juice boxes they spill or how many goldfish are swimming around in our backseat, it comes out looking great every single time from exclusive! Over the past couple of years the whole staff has been great to us!We will continue to keep coming back every time we need something detailed.
