When my wife and I went to the ModWash in Vineland the price for the wash I wanted was $27.00. The attendant told us we could join the monthly unlimited plan for $27.00. After the full month our credit card was charged $42.64 and were not able to cancel for a refund. The plan price was misrepresented. Done with ModWash! read more

The catch, monthly unlimited washes. Washes are mediocre, you can cancel at any time, which we did after the first month. Surprise surprise, we got charged another month. After calling several times they finally refunded my money. read more

I went to get the 20.00 dollar wash for the month of May. Come in June they charge my credit card for34.11 without my knowledge customer service would not refund my money. I had to call credit card company and report this as unauthorized charge. Quality not good. As in my post the review speaks for itself. read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Ive been going to modwash for a few years and have generally been happy, enough so i got a membership about a year ago.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I usually go to the vineland location but have been to Millville plenty of times. I went in on a friday night 2 months ago to wash some birdpoop off my hood that i had just waxed. I got done work and had time to make it to Millville before closing. The wash seemed very rough and aggressive more so then i ever can recall at any modwash. The brush and rollers seemeded very close. About halfway through the wash i heard a loud bang which felt like somone kicked my truck. When the wash ended i immediately parked and got out. My fender was bent up to the point paint cracked off and bare metal was showing, my antenna and mount were all mangled up. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The manager working didnt even care, didnt look at the damage or even speak to me just ignored me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The guy running the machine i found inside said uh sorry im new here its my third day. At least he was nice enough to come look to see what happened and have me a blank paper to write down my information and said someone would call me back in 24-48hrs no one did.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I tried to reach out several times with no call backs.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]After being patient for 2 weeks i got fedup and left a negative google maps review showing the damage that occurred while still at the modwash. A few hours later i got a reply saying call this number.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I did and eventually got a call back from a manager who seemed nice and made it seem like they were going to make good on the damage.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He asked me to get an estimate which i did and turned in a few days later to a nice young lady. She informed me that the machine had just been adjusted recently and maybe thats why the damaged happened. I waited weeks and kept reaching out what going on? [[HIGHLIGHT]]Then finally got a call back and he said the estimate was lost or she never turned it in and she was fired. I was also told the manager who was working the day the damage happened who ignored me was also fired.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After 2 months of waiting while my truck is now rusting i get a call back yesterday telling me were sorry but we dont feel responsible for the damage so were not doing anything. They have cameras there, my truck didnt go in the wash looking like that but sure came out looking like s#!t. I was patient with waiting to post a bad review on google maps after waiting 2 weeks. Then after finally thinking they were going to make good on the damage i said i had no problem retracting it once they did. But all i did was wait 2 month while my truck is now rusting to be told were sorry but we dont feel responsible so were not doing anything. And shortly after my truck was damaged somone else had the car damaged and said the wash was rough to. So if there machine trashes your vehicle dont be patient with them there just going to screw you over but apologize while doing it. Sorry doest pay to fix my truck. read more
