When I approached one of the three lanes, there was an attendant ready to help and assisted me in processing my payment which I appreciated - it's a little hard to reach from out of the car so I'm glad he was there to help. The last time I used this car wash was during the last snow day in 2018. Usually I wash my own car to save on money but since there was a snow storm I wanted to make sure there was a good clean from any the salt residue. For the newbies out there or if you need a refresher: simply drive in slowly while adjusting the left side of your car tires onto the track and wait for the attendant to signal you to place your car into neutral. After that, it's time to enjoy the wash! It's fun to observe the suds and brushes spin but also unsettling to not have a clear view of what's next or not have control the vehicle. Trust the process of the track to do its thing haha I'm not sure how the other deep cleans go, I wonder how the tunnel differentiates between basic vs. advanced washes...either way I was happy with the convenience and cost for this wash.
