That's when Hanna the manager entered the picture. She said she had corrected the problem but didn't so the next month I was back in Whitewater to fix the problem. She told me the problem was fix.. nope. So for the third time to day I went back. She acted very contrite and non apologetic that I had to make three trips to fix her mistake. If you're not nice to your customers someone else will be. I ask for her supervisors number and she scribbled it on a piece of paper and hand it to me and walked away. I needed one last wash on the lease car so i purchased one wash. I ran my mat thru the washer and it got stuck. The person there working said maintenance would be by tomorrow to get it out and they would call me. I got no call so i went up there. The same person said they ripped it out and it basically tour it in half. He gave it to me and said they dont cover floor mats and have a nice day. The machine did not destroy my floor mat they did ripping it out. I'd planned to rejoin with my new ride and now I'm reconsidering. Watch out for the mat eaters at Whitewater!

They aren't severe, and I believe they'll likely buff out, but they were definitely left by the wash and weren't something that could simply be wiped away with a microfiber cloth. I returned to let the staff know, not expecting anything unreasonable, but hoping they would at least acknowledge the issue and look into whether the equipment might need maintenance. Unfortunately, the response was dismissive, and no solution or concern was offered. I have grace for businesses and understand that employees may not always know how to handle situations like this. However, if you operate a car wash, it's your responsibility to maintain equipment that comes into contact with customers' vehicles. Even scratches that can be buffed out shouldn't happen during a routine wash, and the lack of concern was the most disappointing part of the experience :(

I definitely judge a car wash place based on what they offer in the free vacuum section. They had the towels, chemical spray to wipe down your windows and interior, good vacuums and the thing where you spray strong air out of it to get all the nooks and cracks. The staff seem to be very on top of restocking and keeping the areas clean. I paid $12 for the car wash which is a little more than other places that I've paid for but I did feel it was worth it!

Hold on, this one will be long! So I went for a car wash…read more Simple. Paid the 20 year old at the gate and was directed into the wish machine by another 20 year old. (Understand I am not disparaging them or their age, just setting the stage.) I was placed behind the car in front of me and I was half a car length away. I actually thought at the time that it I was too close, but I went with it, as I was already underway. About 3/4 of the way through the soap cleared and the car in front of me was stopped! The car in front of them was stopped! I had to slam on my brakes even though I'd made contact with the vehicle in front of me. A white vehicle at the front was stopped and someone hit the horn. I'm not sure if the machine broke or the vehicle stopped but we were backed up inside the wash. I was standing on my brakes to keep me from continuously being pushed into the vehicle in front of me and the rollers that push you forward were being forced under my wheels. They didn't stop automatically. Finally the machine stopped, the 20 year old walked forward to look at the vehicles then just walked away. We all had to drive out of the wash machine thumping over each of the rollers on the way out. I spoke w the lady who was in the car in front of me and she did say there was contact between the cars, but at the time she didn't see any damage. I pulled around to get the soap all of my car, since the wash cycle wasn't finished. I vacuumed my car and wiped down the dash. During this time no one came out. No one checked on us. I saw no one over the age of 20 for the entire time. Where was the manager? Who was following up after this? Who was checking in people or vehicles? When I was at the vacuum, the wash machine was back up and running. It was absolutely frustrating and could have been so much worse. Not a fan and won't be going back
