But aside from that he is very gifted and talented in installation and neat work.. previously I had a company told me I couldn't move my TV because it might fall, but he literally hung himself from the mount to show me it was strong enough to hold my 65 inch tv. He was very communicative around the right bracket to use, whether swiveling made sense, etc. he helped us understand what should be plugged into the TV and how we should think about adding elements later like a subwoofer. I was able to purchase a TV mount from him because I didn't have one and he had a extra long HDMI cable that I didn't have and white extension cord the man had everything. I am a satisfied customer.
