After the Hy-Vee security breach I was forced to get a new debit card and that resulted in an unpaid balance as I was working my way through all my accounts that had set up on auto pay and getting that balance paid was a nightmare. Most times I called into customer service and they told me they could not help me but they could submit a ticket for me. No one had any answers and I got jostled around through multiple transfers over the phone until I just simply gave up. Also they renew your agreement without giving you any notice via email Phone text or snail mail so then you're stuck with another year of their services. Would would not recommend them to anyone

He told me he values the relationship, not just the transaction, and he lived up to that in every interaction. Last year, my AC was on its last leg and still using Freon, which was not ideal. Brandon gave me the most affordable bid out of multiple quotes I received, but that was not even the best part. He noticed storm damage from a hailstorm that my insurance adjuster had missed. Thanks to his keen eye, I was able to resubmit photos and receive additional insurance funds. I am incredibly grateful for that. The installation team was equally fantastic. They were professional, respectful, and skilled. They even rolled out a red carpet to protect my floors and completed the job flawlessly. The new AC is whisper quiet and ice cold. This year, my furnace started showing signs of failure. During one of my biannual maintenance checks, which is included in their worry free plan, their tech Corey came out. Corey was an absolute delight. He was so knowledgeable and took the time to break down technical terms in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated learning more about my system as a homeowner. Once again, Brandon offered a fair and reasonable quote I could not pass up. I now have two brand new, warrantied systems and peace of mind, which is priceless. I truly wish I could shout from a mountaintop that Sustainable Heating and Air should be your first and only call for HVAC needs. This is a customer first business through and through. Brandon leads with heart, integrity, and excellence, and it shows in every member of his team. Thank you for everything. Now, if you will excuse me, I am going to chill in my ice cold, perfectly running house.
