Very Disappointing Experiences EVERY time. I am extremely disappointed with this nail salon and will not be returning. The quality of work is not up to par, and the customer service is even worse. I made an appointment, arrived on time, and still had to wait well past my scheduled time. When I approached the owner about my appointment, I was told that someone else was "ahead of me" because they had been waiting longer, despite the fact that I had an appointment. What is the point of scheduling if it isn't honored? This happens every-time I try to give this location another chance. When my nails were finally done the night prior, I repeatedly expressed I did not like them. The nail tech messed up numerous times peeling off the SUPER GLUED TIPS three different times. Unfortunately, the technician did not speak much English, making it very difficult to communicate and I clearly stated that I didn't like about the nails: the lengths were uneven, they were far too thick, and the color was not what I asked for. I went with my mother as a girls day and she contacted the owner to ask about fixing them she ensured me that I could come in and she would fix them free of charge and SET A TIME. Upon my arrival they were packed. Someone was in her chair getting their nails done. As soon as my appointment time had arrived I approached the owner questioning about my appointment time. She gave an excuse that they were busy. When I asked for a refund due to being unhappy with the service, the owner flat-out refused and told me I would not be getting one. She then said I should have said something while the nails were being done, which I absolutely did, multiple times. Not to mention as a business owner you should want to please your customers. My approach was not disrespectful, the owner declined to make eye contact with me, and continued to disregard everything that I was saying. Between the excessive wait time, poor-quality work, lack of communication, and refusal to take responsibility, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who values their time or money. read more

Nails were absolutely not what I wanted. They misshaped and deformed. They were cut way shorter than what I asked for. Nail tech was more involved in new customers walking in and talking to her fellow tech than to focus on my nails. Highly do not recommend anyone going there! Terrible service. the man there- scratch that- the BOY there wouldn't accept any alteration requests to what he was doing. I asked for a simple gel manicure and I asked him to fix the nail that HE made crooked and he threw a fit. he took the file tool to each nail so that each one was messed up and then sent me to a different technician before storming away like a child. then the other technician kept cutting my skin. I had a 9:30am appointment and arrived on time. There were four of us who walked in at the same time, but only myself and one other client actually had appointments. The staff chose to take walk-ins ahead of me, even after I spoke up and another client offered to let me go first. They still didn't start my service right away. Took my 5 year old daughter here on her birthday. Was very relaxed and super friendly and welcoming. Everyone was wonderful and they even had two princess themed kid sized chairs for her to sit in for her pedicure! 10/10 will definitely come back again. read more

Not even sure if I should go back here to get my nails fixed. Been here a few times and one of the ladies is really good. I like quick service but my nail tech was way too fast and it was just a weird service by them I felt she was stressed out. My nails looked semi ok when I left and they were really busy so I didn't want to be an issue again after I asked for another coat on my toes because there was obvious areas that were not covered my polish. Today my nails are bad.... Not sure what she did but my nails looked better grown out with polish then they do now. read more

I got a gel dip done here. They were thick and started lifting from my cuticles after 5 days. I went in on day 7 to have them removed and was offered to have them redone for 1/2 price. I explained I just would like them removed. When she was finished removing them she said that it would be $10! So my nails that lasted 5 days, in the end costed $50. $35 for gel + $5 tip + $10 removal I didn't ask for a refund, but I thought they would honor their work and if it didn't last I could get them removed for free! So, I hope anyone that goes here doesn't have any problems or it will be an expensive fix! read more

The picture is what I showed the lady vs what I got. We waited an hour for service even though we had an appointment. The lady was very adamant that dip powder would be best for the look I want (which I had never tried) and Forgot to mention it would be 45 dollars. They completely ruined my friend's nails aswell. They looked so terrible she actually ripped them off two hours later. 0/10!!!!! Worst experience yet. read more

I went here to have a pedicure. It was not a good experience and the polish seemed diluted and did not dry normally. So I tried this place a second time and brought my own polish. It must have been the product they used to prep the nail because MY polish did not get dry on my big toes after being under the blower 20 minutes and driving to GR barefoot for 30 minutes. I took my 93 and 88 year old here for pedicures to celebrate their birthdays. I called ahead but only gave the salon 30 minutes notice.
