This was my first pedicure since Covid and I felt comfortable here and everyone wore masks both technicians and clients alike. I called ahead to make sure I could be seen and the staff were friendly and polite. Up front there is an electronic check in device and their website also offers online reservations. For a regular pedicure it was $33. Typically I pay $25 at my favorite location. Overall though my overall experience was positive. It was a good pedicure and Maggie did a good job and was able to address some of my ingrown pain. I wasn't offered a beverage nor did they do any kind of paraffin treatment on my feet. Maggie did use a vibrating tool that felt nice. I would go back despite the higher price tag since there are limited locations in Kennett for quality pedicures. However, the price is a bit steep for your average pedicure. I was pleasantly surprised.

They have a good process, they take your number to make an appointment and send you a text when you book and a reminder the day of. I love that!! I had wanted an earlier appointment but none were available but when they got a cancellation I received a phone call asking if I wanted to go in at my preferred time. YES and thank you for calling!! When you arrive for your appointment you check in with your number. That Felt super efficient. I did a shellac/gel French manicure and the person doing my nails was so attentive to cleaning up my cuticles and paid close attention to being precise with the white line. Super happy with my nails. I will go again when in the area. It was a bit pricy, $41 plus tip but I needed my nails done and they look amazing.

They have a number of treatment rooms and the environment is welcoming and relaxing and comforting. I like the soft music, faint cricket sounds, heated massage table, and gentle breeze. The treatment room space feels a little bit sacred. I've been getting 90 minute massages. My therapist always talks with me before actually starting, asking about the areas where I've needed extra work previously as well as recent changes she takes into consideration, and she remembers my history. She's always adapting to my needs for more or less pressure, spots to concentrate on, spots to avoid, and trying new techniques when appropriate. She shows genuine interest and motivation to grow professionally as a massage therapist. We think through how it all evolves for me. I've usually gone about once per month but also around physically challenging events, for example in preparing for a 20 mile hike. I'm so happy with them I drive an hour to get there from home.
