I think if we were not persistent with our side of communication it could have been a third day before we got help. Once we finally had a plumber, Raffy was very pleasant and respectful. He answered all of our questions and gave good advice to avoid future problems as well. Called Pioneer Plumbers to come and fix my faucet and unclog the drain in my apartment. They were…read morevery professional and came on time. My kitchen faucet hot water had very low to no pressure. I had the plumber come over to clear the build up in the pipes. He also unclogged the bathroom sink for me. As well, I had him look at my garburator. My garburator had a small crack on the side and it worried me a bit. The plumber said it is just the outside but the inside is still working fine. So there is no need to replace it yet. The plumber was very professional and he did not charge extra to having to come downtown.
