All I want is for you to take accountability for the fact that your staff did that, and you're over here trying to explain to me, well, she didn't gaslight you. They didn't gaslight you. First of all, I would know what gaslighting is. She tried to say, well, Dr. Day was shocked about your review. OK, and Doctor day was a great dentist and actually tried to understand where I was coming from. There was nowhere in my review where I said that he wasn't but the fact that she could not accept the fact that somebody was not happy with the fact that I was unhappy with the service that I was provided, shows a lot because why are you over here trying to tell me that we tried to help you yeah you tried to help me you tried to send me to somebody who was out of my budget because keep in mind I had told y'all when y'all were setting up these appointments that I do not have $800 lying around. Our legal counsel, looking through your review, OK, that changes nothing. You proved my point today with that phone call because I get it: you want to see the best in your employees; that's fine. I began to research dentist again but this time I said a prayer and ask God to point me to a dentist that would be able to help me. This is where Dr. Lim comes into this story. I called his office and spoke with Joyce & made an appointment to meet with him. From the moment that I walked into his office I knew in my heart that I had made the right decision. Joyce greeted me with a beautiful smile, introduced herself asking if she could get me a glass of water, a blanket or if there was anything she could do for me. Bethany came and took me to the back; I received the same warm welcome from her. I began to tell Bethany my story she began writing everything down. When Dr. Lim came into the room he introduced himself and said "Sandi I am so sorry that you have gone through all of this I promise you that I will make you a set of dentures that will fit & that you will love," I began to cry I was so desperate at this time I had given up on ever having a beautiful smile again. We began the process that day; I have never been to a dentist that even came close to making me feel that I was his main focus. He spent two hours with me that day making my impressions. He checked everything rechecked everything he was so detailed. He told me that I had TMJ and that on my next visit he was going to give me a treatment to help me. After the treatment I felt so much better, I had been having headache for a long time and now I no longer have headaches. I saw him several more times during the process of making my dentures. When I received my dentures I cried again not sad tears but happy tear Dr. Lim has given me my life back. My teeth are beautiful and so is my smile. I smiled more in the first day of having my new dentures than I have in 20 years. Dr. Lim and his entire staff go above and beyond to make their patients comfortable. Dr. Lim is the most caring person I have ever met. He called me the evening after I received my dentures to check on me and see if I was having any problems. I've invested a year going to Origin Dental without having any dental work actually done. If you…read morehave a dental emergency, the cavity is likely to get worse before they work on it. Appointments are always spaced months apart. Communication with the dentist is limited; not every visit she's able to see you. When you do see her, the exam is communicated more to staff than to you. I have pre-existing nerve damage and at increased susceptibility to local anesthetic-induced neurotoxicity. I tried to communicate this to the dental assistant at the appointment where I was being fitted for a crown, and she referred me to see a functional doctor and with the intimidating comment that it'll likely be "all or nothing with the dentist". I have a couple minor fillings needed in my two front teeth that won't require anesthetic, but that's not the full procedure they want me to have. I call up there and the receptionist doesn't return my call but cancels my long awaited for procedure, and schedules another consultation at the end of the month, which I'm only notified of via automated text. I really wanted to give this office a positive review, and have been very patient with them. I've had on my chart that I have multiple sclerosis, and have voiced my concerns best I can. I went to this "holistic" dentist thinking that they would give me more catered options to my sensitivities. I'd give them a one star review, but I'm giving them a two star because my visit with the dental hygienist went well. She discovered that I had an overgrowth of yeast, which I later learned was caused by a severe injury I had to antibiotics. Even if a functional doctor were miraculously to alleviate some of my acquired sensitivities contributing to my toxic neuropathy, this doesn't mean my minor fillings needed couldn't be addressed nor does it mean I should chance an anesthetic with my pre-existing nerve damage.
