However, in 2012 I got letter from the IRS stating there was a problem with my tax return. MCLR assured me that there was a mistake and they would take care of it. After several years of nothing happening besides threats of having my bank accounts frozen, I called the IRS myself only to find out that some information they requested was not submitted by MCLR and that my case had been formally closed almost 2 years ago because of this. There is always an excuse and we are still not set up to start payroll on January 1 as we have set out to do, even though we met with HighPoint and started the process months ago. Do not recommend.
