If you need to order a NUANS report my advice is use the Canadian government's website. It's clunky, slow, and a pain to use but at least you'll generate the right report every time, not like with these yahoos in Alberta. I ordered a fed NUANS report but they sent me one for Ontario instead. What? Why? How? Contacted them by email for support, they told me they can't help me. Called Sharon in customer support, wow, that is one angry lady. Escalated it up to Tavis their GM and even though she acknowledged serious problems with their website [3 years and counting folks] she still held fast it was my fault they sent me the wrong report? Really Tavis? C'mon now... So here is my yelp review: don't use Arvic for any services unless you're okay with being swindled by this unscrupulous vendor. They are totally ok with taking your money and not delivering any of the promised services. They simply do not care about customer service/retention and you will absolutely regret doing business with this company.

Between her comments which could easily be interpreted as discriminatory statements about visible minorities, boundary issues in asking personal questions about personal finances, and not so subtle hostile temperament, the only reason I'd work with her again is if it were by email only and would require no personal contact. Cook is clearly intelligent and precise, very knowledgeable about the industries she covers, and capable of professional editing and writing quality. Unfortunately, EQ counts far more than IQ in this world, and Cook is a sharp writer with an even sharper tongue well used to put down and rip apart others for no reason.
