Not only did he breaks down (pun intended) both sets of x-rays but was able to really help me with an adjustment from neck all the way down to my knees. The first time patient process was lengthier because of paperwork but that to was painless. The ladies have such a system that after paperwork, then xrays , then wobble work, there's an additional step of traction but we did not need that step today. Then the alignment. If you are a returning regular it's much more easier . Check in , Take a number , Scan it , do the wobble , then get your traction then you see whichever doctor you are assigned . Originally we were going because we had such great peer experiences from family to see Dr. Montilla but he was not in this office but the midtown office today we were gifted Doc Benjamin Ans he. Jeff was super chill and answered all of our questions that we had. He gave us the full rundown of what we need to do to get ready and how we might feel when we got inside. The facilities are really nice and well-kept. There are super fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and exfoliating gloves for you to use after you get out. My best friend said she relaxed and almost fell asleep, but I definitely bounced around like a little mermaid. It was my form of relaxing and to float without trying was amazing. I will definitely try it again. I know it is probably different for everyone, but it was relaxing. I will say this, When Jeff tells you how to get out of the water- just listen and try to remember it. I spaced it and definitely put my head down then got salt water in my eyes.
