Because it is so packed, it is difficult to manoevre a buggy or a wheelchair, but the staff are very helpful and will try to accomodate you where possible. The house of mirrors bit at the top of the stairs is something to be wary of - it can throw you a bit off guard if you are not ready for it!

I had looked at Halfords and places like that, which were quite pricey but someone recommended Toys r Us to me for bikes and I was quite impressed. There was a good range of bikes and accessories at much cheaper prices than at Halfords. The staff were really helpful too and I would certainly look there again when needing to buy a bike for one of the children. There is plenty of car parking outside, so getting your purchases home should not be a problem.

Next visit to Norwich ;) There is a large selection of UK and foreign goods in the food department, along with a counter full of delicacies to temp you. I stopped by a gin tasting booth and it was interesting to try the different flavoured gins being sold. I wish I had more time to browse, especially in the arts department. Definitely worth a gawk and sample if you are in Norwich.

The shop is vast, occupying two levels which are accessible by a escalators, and there are various areas which are raised or lowered that require the ability to use steps or else you might have some difficulty. The shop itself caters to a variety of needs, and you can find all sorts of things in here, including clothes, electronic goods, light bulbs, sweets, toys, candles and decorative items and other homeware products. They also sell drinks and crisps at a reduced price. There are lots of members of staff around to help, although the ones I've spoken to haven't been particularly friendly. The queues are also sometimes quite long.

This site has two levels with the option to take an escalator down to an area for picture frames, mirrors, kictchen and lighting. Upstairs you have an array of season items which can range from Xmas left over bargains to summer equipment. Passed this area you then have the clothes. There are some good deals and often interesting designs that are good quality. There are changing rooms where you can see if the item fits but you need to ask to be let in. They then have a DIY section which is well stocked though sometimes Poundland just across the way may stick it for a cheaper price. They have some snacky foods such as flapjacks by the checkouts which are pretty yum.
