Wants to sell the stuff and get you out rather than being interested in his customers as some shop owners are. However, he does sell what we wanted, so this is where we went when hubby wanted to buy first of all a team Losey Micro car, and then a few weeks later a bumper for another car - this time a 1/18th scale Team associated model. Prices aren't bad for what we wanted, although I think some of what he sells like the dolls house furniture is rather pricey to be honest.

Ordered an item online Tuesday 18th July. According to the site they despatch within 24 hours…read more Absolute Rubbish. Obviously took money straight away. 3 days later Order still Pending. Emailed them. 3 Days later, still no reply, order still pending, so called to Cancel. Bloke answers the phone and didn't seem to care a bit or even want to know why I was cancelling. Worst Company ever. They have obviously set up an online shop to have a presence but I don't think they can be hassled to honour any online purchases. AVOID ONLINE AT ALL COSTS!

This is a potentially good firm totally let down by their delivery policy. I traded with this…read morecompany on four occasions and each time they insisted on using an atrocious courier APC Overnight. Two deliveries where made as and when promised but two were not with the courier firm on both occasions claiming that I was not in to receive the scheduled delivery when the fact is that I was housebound all day. When I complained to Steve Wilson of KLMS about this his response was basically that his involvement was ended when the courier picked up the goods.not so Steve your obligation to the customer ends when the goods are delivered to the customer, undamaged and as described. Two of my orders were for very small items but like the other reviewer I was only offered courier delivery instead of good old reliable Royal Mail. When I e-mailed KLMS to complain and ask for a refund of the last non-delivered order I received a short reply without apology confirming a refund, telling me to take my future business elsewhere, informing me that my details had been removed from their system and take they would no longer trade with me. WHAT A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. Needless to say my future business will be guided towards the many other professional model shops with whom I have traded for many years. If you want the Mick Wiltshire experience then try this firm..If you are too young to have traded with Mr Wiltshire then you will have missed his appalling customer interface manner..but then in my opinion it lives on in Mr Wilson.
