I would highly suggest not using this company. Horrible customer service and material is not what…read morethey claim it to be. After placing an order and receiving the incorrect material the receptionist/sales person refused to admit they had sent the wrong item. (Should have been stainless steel and was not). Proceeded to argue with me over the phone and eventually hung up on me. After sending the material back to them, they did refund the items but charged a restock fee claiming to not know why the material was returned. I spoke to the receptionist/sales again, reminding them that I had already called once, they continued to argue that the material was not incorrect. I had experts in dealing with stainless steel verify prior to sending this back that the material sent was, in fact, not stainless steel. I requested to speak to a manager and was denied. I asked that they have a manager return my call and I never received a call. Unless you like supporting poor business practices I'd suggest taking your business elsewhere.
