That turned out to be a win for me, I was able to buy the tile for half the price compared to the Kendall store. It's good to know that depending on the Floor & Decor locations, some styles may be discontinued or on markdown since market demands are different. We purchased flooring for the entire house and a bathroom remodel. Very genuine person. She offered many options. If I found a lower price alternative she did try to steer me, we discussed pros/cons. I have other projects besides my personal home, and I feel comfortable in calling her and transacting via phone if necessary. The second person that was amazing was Jessica. We had trouble getting our credit card approval because of security freeze but she was able to help me through it. She offered alternatives ie 6 months, 18 months or a few years. All based on individual needs. I expect for an investment property the longer period may make sense. Jessica's understanding of the business aspect was excellent. Yasmin sold me on her services Jessica sold me on the store. I hope Floor and Decor recognizes such excellent employees.
