I have eaten here and taken to go orders, tonight it was busy, and the employees were not ready. The girl running the assembly line was more concerned about how fast to get an order out than on the quality of the order. Fast is good, but quality is better, take an extra few seconds and put out a quality product, rather than just throw it together! I ordered to go , at the pick up area , the focus was on the the house orders, I know that my order sat there on the oven and burnt waiting to be boxed, they remade the pizza to only drop the replacement. As a result my orders were not the same temperature when I got home. My suggestion is to slow down a few seconds, let the customer know that it's important to prepare the best product for them , maybe be a little more professional rather like s game type atmosphere read more

Ordered here about 6X. Never bad, but crust has consistently gone down hill. Ordered 2 med pizzas online this eve and the veggie toppings were undercooked and the crust was not crisp like it used to be. Still a fair value just disappointed that the quality has gone down. My son and I have dined here many times. He likes to order the Maddy - cheese pizza. I like to Mod (see what I did there) mine with tons of meat and vegetables. We've always had a pleasant dining experience here. The food is always prepared hot and fresh. The staff are friendly and helpful and the dining room is always clean. Seating can be limited at high traffic times however. This is my location of choice as it is literally about five minutes from where I live. It is part of a strip center and so there is ample parking. I choose to look at that as a good sign. I have no complaints nor suggestions for improvement. Super disappointed. The pizza dough has gone downhill or maybe it's the way of cooking. It used to be thin, crispy and with bubbles in the dough from the pizza oven. Just like an authentic pizza should be. Today the pizza baker was constantly poking/bursting the bubbles. I get it, that the toppings slide with bubbles but only if the pizza gets overloaded with toppings. My orders are always on the simple toppings side, so there shouldn't be a problem with baking. I'm a little bit of a mod pizza addict. We order from here about once every 2 weeks. I love the all-veggie pizza...including the crust. The salads are healthy and love the new ingredients they offer from time to time...like nuts or berries. The price is great, so we can afford to eat here more often and the large salad can feed me for dinner and a following lunch. The staff is nice and when my order got messed up (one time) they were great about replacing my salad and even gave me a larger size for my trouble of having to drive back to pick it up. Stopped by after noticing they had reopened after Harvey. This was late afternoon so there were few people there. The pizza was delicious; sorry I don't remember which one I ordered. I ordered a draft beer and they had problems with their Kegerator system. Lots of air in the lines Went back a couple weeks later and the place was crazy busy. Waited in line for awhile until I noticed they had about 10-15 uncooked pizzas waiting to be cooked already. Decided to leave at that point. I'll go back, but I'll try to avoid the dinner rush hour. Arrived during early dinner time, so the place wasn't too packed yet. Service was very fast and friendly. My friend and I both ordered Mad Dog and had it customized to add extra toppings. I think it took about 10 mins for it cook. The pizza was delicious and crispy. Mind you, the pizza is thin crust and very crispy. So if you're looking for a thicker original crust, they don't have it here. Food is pretty affordable and quality is excellent here. I ordered the regular sized pizza with pesto and bbq on the side. I wanted to try something new this time around. The pizza tastes really good and is made fresh. Just the right amount of sauce, cheese and toppings to make my stomach smile. Although I suggest you eating it fresh out of the oven. Lunch 1:30PM 1-27-18. The pizza is great. No doubt about it. My wife and I both got the Mad Dog. My wife was offered a variety of sauces when they called her name. When they called my name, my pizza was just sitting there. All of the employees were standing together laughing about something. Also, there were no jars of Parmesan cheese as they were all being used by other customers. One more thing that is just my personal opinion, do not put an option on the receipt for a tip if you are not going to stop by the table.
