There was brown liquid spilled on the cabinets and floors, paint spilled on the floors, stairs & countertops, outlet covers missing (still not found), painter's tape still stuck to the walls & baseboards, and sunflower seeds littered across EVERY single floor in the house (including the in the carpet and the bathtub). I am shocked at the way the house was left and how sloppy this was. This was not the condition that it was supposed to be left in. I had a showing the next morning so had to spend over 3 hours cleaning it. I contacted the manager about it and received a $275 discount. They did offer to come back over and "take care of these items" but I had no time to let them come back so I had to take care of it myself. For how much I paid to for this to be done I expected way more from this company. I will not be using this company again.

In addition he was able to have a great drywall professional come and patch some very large holes in the wall, and quote out a basement project. He even had some flooring recommendations, (yup, this was a gut project). They are more than just paint, they are pretty much full service. He made several trips to Bailey and even brought four Sherwin-Williams samples matched to the colors we were considering so that we could evaluate them together in the house. The quotation was competitive and transparent, and there were no surprise charges. Pablo and the crew did exceptional work. We used three colors, including intentional color transitions across the main level, and the lines and edges came out beautifully. The finish is extremely consistent. The patching may have impressed me most: we had removed numerous wall-mounted items and left behind holes, anchors, and other damage, and in many places you simply cannot tell that anything was ever there. They also covered some very saturated old wall colors beautifully in only two coats. They were extremely careful with the house, masked and protected everything thoroughly, moved things as needed, and even removed and reinstalled our wall-mounted TV. They also worked around a dishwasher technician and other things happening at the house and still finished the project in about three and a half working days.
