Good selection of coffee and teas plus they have sandwiches and other snacks for a quick grab. They offer honey as a natural sweetener Incase your not interested in sugar like me. It was nice they allow walk up service and had some good suggestions for dinner that were local spots in Forks. We were enthralled by the myriad coffee huts we found throughout the Olympic Peninsula. People love their coffee out there, so much so they'll sit in their car and burn up expensive gas to get a caffeine hit. Mocha Motion, in addition to tickling my punny bone, served up a solid mocha, and even surprised us with a gratis chocolate covered coffee bean. Much recommended for a rainy day, of which there are many in the little town of Forks. read more

I decidedly to stop by Mocha motion to grab some much needed caffeine and I was blown away. Clearly I'm not from Forks but this coffee hut look too cute to pass up and what a surprise... Coffee as excellent My fellow car passengers and I all decided to order up coffee mochas and our barista suggested the Mexican mocha. It's pretty much a Mexican hot chocolate with espresso!! I ordered a triple-Mexican-Mocha and it blew Me away. Not only was it hot and sweet it was perfectly seasoned with cinnamon, nutmeg, & whip cream. And came with a mocha coffee bean. Delicious. Our trip back from Lake Quinault we decided to stop by again and truth be told the coffees were even better. Very happy to report a positive review to Mocha Motion in forks. read more

A little expensive but good. I got a double shot cappuccino which was very strong. It was also a pretty small serving size which makes it even stronger. It was good though and just what I needed but I finished in about 3 sips. My husband got a Thai iced tea and it was one of the best I've tried. It actually had a really strong tea flavor which I liked. Sometimes it's more cream, sugar, and a little tea flavor. I didn't notice a lot of other coffee places here so if you need something strong to wake you up, this is your place. read more

Very expensive and just ok coffee. They do have coconut milk though. The staff was very friendly. We tried the stand down the road the next morning while visiting the olympics (north west coffee, by gas station and was $5 bucks cheaper for the 4 of us and better coffee. read more

After the unenergetic service we received at Gathering Grounds, we decided to come here the next day. It's a drive through only and has a large parking lot. The girls here definitely had more energy! Lattes were cheap but they gave us the wrong muffin. Would probably come back here and make sure our order was correct before driving off. :) read more

We stopped here the first day in town which we were staying for 4 days. The gal made good coffee but the prices are absolutely ridiculous! They charge as much if not more than Starbucks. Don't waste your time. There's other options in town that are cheaper and just as good of coffee. They also own a stand down the road that belongs to them. Stand looks identical and is not marked with the name so beware of that one as well. read more

What a surprising stop! After a day of hiking, we were looking for a quick pick me up and decided to stop at Mocha Motion and we are so glad we did! there isn't a lot of choices for coffee and tea in town. Mocha seems to be a reasonable choice. they opens early which helps the early travelers. It came up to be a bit pricy for what's included. coffee was cold already when i get it for some reason. other than that, the little house is nicely decorated, and the waitress came up with a warm welcome and good service. read more

We came here for a quick breakfast before heading out to Rialto Beach. We thought it was our best bet given the Yelp rating, and while it may have been, I think we should have gone to the grocery store to pick something up instead. The pre-sweetened coffees were more sugar and milk than coffee (pretty undrinkable) and the food seemed like it was store bought. Not the worst breakfast, but not very satisfying either. Yay, a coffee stand open until 7 PM -- the only thing better is a coffee stand open until 11 PM. As someone who conducts about 90% of her vacations in the Forks area, the constant guzzling of quad shot lattes is a vital part of my normal health and functioning when driving crazy-like everywhere and gleefully plunging into ten mile hikes in the rainforest. Mocha motion is quick and cheap (coffee can get a bit pricey in the middle of nowhere up here, by my Portland standards) and with the usual quality one would want. But really their main selling point is location, right off the 101 and next to the best hotel in Forks, the Pacific Inn. read more

Driving through Forks at 7:00 am, and badly needed some coffee. We stumbled upon this cute little spot. It gets a 5 because let's face it, when you're a coffee addict driving through the middle of a forest, and come across coffee, it's an oasis!! This review is only for the breakfast sandwiches. They may have great coffee, and the staff person was perfectly nice. But the croissant sandwich was just about the saddest thing I've ever seen. They have two different breakfast sandwiches, and both either have ham or sausage. In bold letters the menu says "No customization - - served as is." So no luck if you don't want meat-- don't even ask to get it pulled out, I guess. I got the ham, egg and cheese croissant and it was the soggiest thing--you couldn't even really pick it up, because both ends flopped down and everything fell out. It was greasy, and squished flat. It was terrible. I'm sure they're made in advance, and then get wrapped up in a foil wrapper, where they start to steam and get soggy, and then they probably get microwaved for the customer in the booth, which is the nail in the coffin. A Shot in the Dark, on the north end of town, has the same menu, so I'm guessing it's the same owner. I'd gotten the bagel sandwich there the previous morning and it was bad as well. The quest for an on-the-go breakfast in Forks continues. Too bad none of the coffee stands have a breakfast burrito. I think those would hold up better being pre-made then heated up than the sandwiches do. read more

I decided to stop here to grab a coffee while passing through Forks. There were a couple of cars in line ahead of me, but I only waited about 5 minutes or so which wasn't bad at all.
