Bar du XXe Siècle opened early enough for coffee, which we enjoyed. Speaking with one of the owners, we found she was American from San Francisco. We had a sweet conversation about her study of the hula after she found I am from Hawaii. Subsequently, we returned several times for apéro and snacks. Hosted by her husband, a genial Frenchman who speaks excellent and charming English. We always feel welcomed here.
