I reached out again when I had reached a safe point in my grief when he was 9 months old. They even took some photos of him with his grandmothers as a combined grandmothers, baby, and mommy and me shoot. Not only did they capture one of my favorite times in his babyhood, they we so sweet with all the grandmas. They navigated a grumpy baby and were so understanding. We did have some quotes that were significantly lower, however, those photographers then charge $20 per picture once you receive the gallery. That's not what we wanted. We don't want our whole family messaging each other about which ones they want or make duplicated purchases. We just want a full gallery for all members to download. On the day of, Makenzie arrived early and we walked around to pick the spots best for the pictures. She waited so patiently for our big family (including 5 kids) to get there. Once we got started, she knows exactly what to do, how to direct us and made sure we got everything, the big family as a whole and each family (and even some animals)! Everybody loved how she worked and for a bunch of us that didn't know how to pose we enjoyed the session a lot! The pictures came out after xmas, they were beautiful, organic and so wholesome! I don't know if Eliseo rushed through my photos or what. He said they all had minor editing/retouching, but I don't think that's the case. All my photos (all 500-600 of them) have yellow/dark lighting and my photos have the backdrop cut off. Unfortunately, I can't use most of these photos because of the poor quality. When sharing the photos with multiple family members, all commented on the poor quality. It seemed to me that he didn't care about what he was giving me. Unfortunately, the photos look like a compilation of ones people took on their iPhones. I asked Eliseo if there was anything that could be done about the photos. Again, he didn't care to make it right. He told me the photos already had minor retouching. My intention and request was to work with Eliseo to improve my photos. The backdrops were already cut off and there was nothing that could be done about that. However, the lighting could have been modified to make them look less dark and yellow. When I conveyed this to Eliseo, I got a very nasty response back via text saying "I'm a 50x international award winning photographer and if you wanted something different it should have been brought to our attention... as far as professional it does not get any more professional than us thank you". I never in a million years expected this type of disrespectful response and it was very uncalled for. I also didn't know i had to tell a professional photographer to make sure they use good lighting and to not cut off the backdrop. I'm still very upset about everything that happened and again, he didn't even try to make it right. I spent $2,000 for one day photo and video and looking back, I wish I would have picked another photographer. What I will say though, if the lighting on my photos were adjusted and fixed, I would have been okay. The fact that he didn't care to do so and was extremely rude on top of it just left me very dissatisfied.

All 3 videos were perfect! They used the songs we had given to them for our song selections, and pieced everything so perfectly. We had 2 wedding ceremonies, a Khmer one & an American one, and they were able the piece the 2 weddings together so beautifully in the video. I love this team! They do their photos in their backyard studio, and while the location was initially somewhat off putting, I've never had a more pleasant experience EVER. Even my husband who is hard to please and hates getting pictures done, enjoyed himself. They are very experienced and the pictures turned out fantastic!!! They allow you to view the pictures after the shoot right away and you get to choose which ones you like best and to make changes if any are necessary. You do have to pay extra for the digital files, but this experience was worth it, and they are worth every dime. We will definitely use them again in the future!!!
