So grateful to Yelp because we found this place on here after a 7 months nightmare with other vets the reviews help to seek help and was worth it but needless to say was shocking and bad news. The Vet find out that was actually cancer so they need to perform surgery and save her life. The stuff manager and the vet were very nice, helpful and kind. sadly was a type of cancer that was aggressive and spread to her body and a year after a year we had to say g'bye to my baby. read more

Vest IS the Best- Dr. Vest saw my little old man rescue Boomer yesterday and I was so grateful for her empathy, compassion, knowledge and generosity. I had an emergency with my cat and had to call around to vets to see who could help immediately. Mobley staff told me they could see him right away. The staff were SO kind to fit him in, on an already busy and hectic day. Dr. Vest was so thorough and gave me so much of her time at the end of the day, when I was being a complete helicopter parent. They worked with my budget, and still gave him the best care possible. I so appreciate every person involved and will be using this vet for all my pet's needs moving forward! read more

Mobley does a great job getting me in last minute when my dog has an emergency. I like all the vets that I have interacted with recently. The new bigger space and the remodeled space is very nice. Sometimes I think their prices can be a little high, you could probably shop around for some cheaper services. But they are 5 minutes from my house and really take care of my pups. If you live in Inglewood I think they should be your go to vet. read more

Incredibly mismanaged front office. Continually communicate incorrect appointment times, fails to adjust profile information, and is a chaotic experience during check in and check out. The vets and techs are great, but the administrative portion has caused me to change Veterinarians. I would've thought with the renovation last year that they would've fixed these issues, but it gets worse every time I go in. As I am writing this I am waiting for a simple discharge. It took 3 times for them to call back over the course of 30 minutes and am still waiting. Horrendous. read more

Can't say enough about the vets here. Our GSD had to have an immediate surgery after discovering a blockage in his stomach. They performed surgery just hours later and did a great job communicating with me while taking great care of him. So thankful for the great people that work here. read more

I'm updating my review at this time because I was contacted by Mobley to resolve this issue. Although there is nothing that will get me an imprint of my sweet sweet angels paws them reaching out helped a lot. He was my best and only friend. I know it's not something most people would understand. You have humans in your life that care enough about you to listen and let you vent. I don't have anyone like that, except Tobes. Although I know he couldn't understand me, he was a sounding board. He didn't turn away and look at his computer or the TV while I was trying to talk to him. I had his undivided attention. A courtesy that no other creature has EVER given me. When I was sick and dying 7 years ago he stayed by my side, huddled so close to keep me warm. He wouldn't even go to the bathroom unless I forced myself up to take him. That may be the only reason I survived, I would have just laid there and died otherwise. Again, nobody else has ever done anything like that for me. But now he's gone...and I am unsure if I will ever be able to get past this. I got a call yesterday(03/26/2019) letting me know they were sorry for the mix-up and offered a full refund on the cremation. I truly believe they understood my situation and how this wasn't just a dog and I am grateful for the call. Thank you. read more

I've been going to Mobley veterinary clinic for 12 years and I've always been pretty satisfied with the service and the care for my various pets over the years. But the current staff and the service you receive at this time is completely unsatisfactory if not just terrible. They seemed to be understaffed and what staff they have were very rude and completely unapologetic for the lack of customer service. If there were negative stars, I'd give this place all of them. My sister called Mobley on Thursday desperate for help with her 13 year old dog that was struggling to breathe. Sadly, she realized it was time to put him down and Mobley had the nerve to tell her it would probably be a two hour wait. Again, her boy was struggling to breathe. This place showed absolutely ZERO compassion, understanding and care. Ending a pets life is something we can't predict and veterinarians should know this. Thanks to the Mobley team, Ms Pearl was seen quickly and her mild respiratory infection was handled with an antibiotic and she was given her Leukemia and Rabies vaccines and is set to return for her Leukemia booster in 2 weeks. Great experience Great experience as usual Dr. Mobley inspected my dog and found that he had some areas of concern that would have to be addressed via surgery. Dr. Mobley suggested another surgeon to complete the operation to remove some small grills around his stomach and his elbow area. Dr. Mobley was very thorough and assured us That everything would be OK. My dog had the surgery and the areas of concern came back negative. Dr. Fulton to perform the surgery contact me back after the pathology was received and gave us the good news that the results were negative. All the people we came in contact with were extremely nice and professional. I would highly recommend anyone with pets to make this your permanent pet care facility. read more

These people are amazing. Always take great care of me and my pup. Had to euthanize my little Elway and they were so understanding and comforting getting me in right away no questions asked. They had taken such good care of her I truly think she made it another year due to their care and concern. My family and I have been clients since they opened. Dr. Mobly Sr even put a cast on my goat's leg. I recently had a dog suddenly with no warning become critically ill. The only way we might have been able to find out what was wrong was through blood work and X-rays. I knew that there was nothing that could l be done. I really struggled to write this because I sincerely love the vet my dog regularly sees, but I had an experience a few weeks ago that has eaten at me. I brought in my foster dog for a health certificate so she could travel to Illinois. We didn't see my regular vet and had never taken her there before. Her rescue is not Nashville based, so I had taken her to Value Vet for her spay and she received her vaccinations elsewhere before coming to me. This is important. When we were brought into the back, I gave the vet tech all of her information, vaccine history, microchip, info, etc. (which admittedly was scattered across two vets) so we could receive her certificate. All was fine until she and the doctor met in their staff only area. They started talking about me and my foster dog, not knowing we could hear them, despite them being only a few feet away, behind closed doors. When they stepped back into the room, I felt extremely uncomfortable considering the conversation I just overheard about me, my foster dog, and our situation which apparently to them was "unusual and makes no sense." It just made me feel like a terrible foster parent, a bad pet owner, and made me feel like a small person. Shockingly, after they stepped back there for a second time, I heard them say that they need to "start talking in code" because they realized their clients can hear them beyond those doors. I was astounded. Unfortunately, I think I will have to start taking my dog elsewhere. Again, we love our usual vet but this experience has just not been a positive one. I've only encountered that vet tech one other time when I brought my dog in after he fell ill very quickly. Even then, I felt like she was somewhat judgemental of us and left us in the lobby for far too long until she actually realized how sick he was. I'd hope that maybe this review will prevent something like this from happening again. I really hate to lose our doctor, but I'm just not comfortable there anymore. read more

We had an emergency with our cat and they saw him as quickly as possible, saving his life. Then they charged us very little (just an exam) and sent us to Blue Pearl where our cat could get the next phase of treatment. We are so grateful. read more

I've been going to Mobley with my pets since 1990. Not only do they provide top notch care, but everyone is friendly and kind. They care about me as well as my dog. When I've had to let dogs go, they've gotten in the floor with them rather than make them get onto the table. The respect they have for animals (and humans) is always apparent. Wanted to stop by and give my gratitude to Mobley Clinic. After a long few months of hard times for my dog, Chili, including bloody stool, vomiting, lack of appetite, Dr. Hendrickson never wavered in her pursuit of a solution. It was not a straightforward path of discovery but each option she clearly explained the benefits and costs. She would also often answer my questions even if it was a call of concern for a new symptom/update without a visit. Additionally, while we were searching for answers, she made sure to help Chili with immediate relief prescribing medicine for his symptoms. Throughout, Dr. Hendrickson was calm and positive which was greatly appreciated as it's easy in these situations to feel frustrated and overwhelmed. Today Chili is on a special diet as we found he has IBS. He no longer needs nausea meds and is a happy and healthy 10 yr old puppo! read more

From the staff at the front who rushed my cat back to the oxygen chamber to Dr. ​Robison who called to check on her just a few minutes ago, you guys have really made this scary and stressful process much easier on me and my cat, Sassy! Let me start from the beginning: Back in January, my cat Sassy was breathing really hard. It was almost like she was hiccuping the way her stomach was moving. We already had an appointment at another vet for updating her flea meds, so we thought they would be able to give us an answer. She had stopped breathing as hard so the Dr. didn't really know how to diagnosis without running a bunch of tests. He suggested we come back if she had another episode. Fast forward to yesterday (3/9/16): My sister came home to Sassy breathing like she was back in January, but also panting!! Which is NOT good for cats! She decided to go to Mobley because of their reputation on the East Nashville Facebook group. When my sister was explaining what Sassy's issues were to the front desk, the moment they heard "trouble breathing", they RUSHED her to the back! They took x-rays and put Sassy into an oxygen chamber, which really calmed her down. Dr. ​Robison explained that he thinks it's asthma, but he wanted us to go to the ER clinic so she could be monitored over night and have extended access to the oxygen chamber if she needed. Also the ER clinic has medicine she could potentially need that only ER vets carry. Dr. ​Robison told us to go straight there and that we would settle up the bill later. Sassy's well being was his #1 priority! He referred us to the Nashville Veterinary Specialist & Emergency Services. We had just as great of an experience there as we did at Mobley. Dr. ​Robison even called this morning to check on Sassy!! I trust Dr. Robinson and the staff at Mobley to take care of any of my pets and I would refer them to family and friends! We have been using Mobley's for 20 years, specifically Dr. Mobley and Dr. Roberson. They have seen us through check-ups, boardings, emergencies, near-death experiences and crossing the rainbow bridge. We and our beloved dogs have always felt such care and concern from these vets. We are also very comfortable boarding our pets there. I don't want to be too personal but one act of kindness from one of the vets went way beyond the normal scope of "doing business" and for that, we will be forever grateful. They also give back to the community; something that really impressed me. This is not a "drive-thru" vet clinic. This is a clinic for life, where they get to know your pets and care for them with years of experience backing them. We have moved out of the area but we still return to Inglewood for our veterinary services...wouldn't think of going anywhere else. read more
