When there are no more stores available, it will be because of situations like this. Obviously I can't rate how you'll be treated if you go there to shop. I called Lifeway Mobility and spoke with Tabitha. She was pleasant and knowledgeable, and told me the fee to remove the stairlift would be $215. We scheduled a date and time. The technician, Luis, called me when he was on his way, he arrived promptly, was very nice and friendly, and had the stairlift out of the house in 15 minutes. I paid him, he emailed a receipt, and was on his way. I could not have asked for a better experience, and highly recommend Lifeway Mobility.
