So I did a google search and found Mobility Plus Buford which was conveniently located near the mall. It was about 10pm and I had questions. I saw an option to "text" the business and I figured I'd leave my questions and they'd text me the next morning. I was pleasantly surprised when David, the owner, responded right away. He assured me that they had a wheelchair available and once I arrived he'd take care of everything right away. From the beginning transaction till the rental return, it went smoothly and much better than expected. He gave us a quick tutorial on how to setup and fold up the wheelchair and even gave us safety instructions on transporting my mother safely. I will 100% recommend this business.
