I had been looking for a wheelchair van for my severely disabled wife for over 6 weeks. As I live in rural southwest my search was primarily via the internet. There is a mobility van builder/dealer ~60 miles from me but I could leave voice mail and could never receive a return phone call. My search included the Phoenix as we have relatives there to go look at it. Over half of the internet ads for wheelchair vans seem to be scams, the rest were not as advertised. I called Triple S Mobility and Shawn, the president of the company, answered and spent over an hour and a half going over what our needs and budget were. He made multiple recommendations and explained why. It changed what I thought we needed to a rear entry, double wheelchair style. It turns out my wife's extra wide, reclining wheelchair wouldn't have fit adequately in a side entry. He recommended a Toyota they had on their lot. It was a bit more than my budget and we thought about it over the weekend. We ended up realizing that the low mileage, Toyota rear entry van was excellently priced and worth the added budget. The purchase was very smooth, ever question answered. His whole staff has been absolutely wonderful in each step of buying, setting up transporting it, licensing and all minor things were taken care of. It had the feel of a luxury encounter. All phone calls were promptly answered no phone tag and all issues or concerns were immediately addressed. Once here I found the quality of workmanship in this conversion to be exceptional. Much better than the ones we had ridden in. I am giving Triple S Mobility the highest rating I can. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a wheelchair van.

I informed Brenden that I was looking for a powered wheelchair, or scooter and that I had Medicare with supplemental insurance. Brendon informed me that they did not accept Medicare or any type of insurance. Even after bring to his attention that their website stated that Medicare was accepted and the website went into great detail how to apply for coverage and approval. Brendon again said they did not accept insurance as payment, so our conversation ended. I then called the toll free 800 number thinking that the Largo, FL location was possibly a independent seller, but to my surprise the toll free line was answered by, you get it, Brendon. I suggested to Brendon that maybe they should update the website. He did take my name and phone number and stated he would give it to his boss. I doubt that I will hear from the "boss."
