I contacted Angel and along with Jennifer they made the process of returning the 2nd wheelchair so Easy! Because of a medical situation it took me some weeks to initiate the process and they assured me everything would be ok and not to worry about the deadline for processing the return as I contacted them just a few days before the expire date! I can't tell you how much that eased my mind! They assisted me every step of the way since I am not so familiar with the whole shipping and sending back an item. Angel even stayed in touch with me to make sure I received important emails and walked me through how to do the return! Honestly I'm not sure you can find that type of After the Sale Service anymore but you have it here at Miracle Mobility! For that we are forever grateful! Thank you so very much! Sincerely; John B.

I mentioned that they had done the work before but "Lisa" did not mention that they are a different company. The father / son team of Glen and Stevie showed up and in the process they strongly recommended that I have them remove the spreader bar and replace it with a strap. The other (unbroken) cable needed to be replaced, so they came back the next day and did replace the spreader bar at the stern. I arrived later to see that they had hung the boat with the strap UNDER the cap, NOT outside of the rub-rail. This looked wrong to me so I took a picture. The next morning, I got a call from the next door neighbor telling me the boat was hanging half way under water. They came out to "right" the boat but in negotiating the outcome, they claim the core of the transom was weak from water and decided to ignore my calls. I cannot recommend these guys. The pictures tell the story. Two thumbs down!

This os my second year using Sunshine baby & I can attest to their professional, courteous & fast…read moreservice. Last year we rented a high chair & playpen for my then 1 year old. When I got to my condo all items were already there waiting for me. Both items were clean & barely used. We drive 19 hours to Clearwater so having everything already at my location is heaven. This year my son is a year older & a lot bigger so we ordered a full size portable crib & a highchair. Let me tell you my expectations were exceeded. The crib looks new. It not only had a portable mattress but they added to it a great soft top cover with a plastic back to it that adds padding for my lil guy to sleep on an extra comfy bed. Add to that a brand new fitted crib sheet still in its package. I was floored by how considerate they were to my baby's needs. Whenever I text or call them they answer immediately. They are always pleasant & accommodating. I can't say enough about Sunshine baby rentals. I love them. They make my life easy. I will be using them for as long as I need to & I highly recommend them.

I am not usually a reviewer, in fact this is my first internet review, but my experience with…read moreTriple S Mobility was so stellar that I feel compelled to write this. I had been looking for a wheelchair van for my severely disabled wife for over 6 weeks. As I live in rural southwest my search was primarily via the internet. There is a mobility van builder/dealer ~60 miles from me but I could leave voice mail and could never receive a return phone call. My search included the Phoenix as we have relatives there to go look at it. Over half of the internet ads for wheelchair vans seem to be scams, the rest were not as advertised. I called Triple S Mobility and Shawn, the president of the company, answered and spent over an hour and a half going over what our needs and budget were. He made multiple recommendations and explained why. It changed what I thought we needed to a rear entry, double wheelchair style. It turns out my wife's extra wide, reclining wheelchair wouldn't have fit adequately in a side entry. He recommended a Toyota they had on their lot. It was a bit more than my budget and we thought about it over the weekend. We ended up realizing that the low mileage, Toyota rear entry van was excellently priced and worth the added budget. The purchase was very smooth, ever question answered. His whole staff has been absolutely wonderful in each step of buying, setting up transporting it, licensing and all minor things were taken care of. It had the feel of a luxury encounter. All phone calls were promptly answered no phone tag and all issues or concerns were immediately addressed. Once here I found the quality of workmanship in this conversion to be exceptional. Much better than the ones we had ridden in. I am giving Triple S Mobility the highest rating I can. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a wheelchair van.
