Using the coupon cost us $40.00 for the test ($29.75) plus the DMV Smog Certificate ($10.25). Some heavier SUVs may cost a bit more, so make sure to ask. We didn't have an appointment when we visited on a recent Saturday morning, but we were done in under 20 minutes, from the time we pulled up to park and check in to when we drove away.

Mike is a very fair guy. In this day and age people have the misconception of what a general…read moremechanic can do. I feel like Mike gets the short end of that stick. Mike and his team have always been fair with me on price and service. They will try to help you fix your car with no BS and give you a heads up of the possible outcomes. I see a lot of people with unique problems with their vehicles that expect a simple cheap fix not realizing that repairs are based on time and materials with no history report and that makes it time consuming for Mike and his team to find the problem. Mike and his team provide a very good service with smogs as well. They will test(for a fee pass or no pass) and if there is a problem, they offer a diagnostic (for a fee). In most cases, they can fix it. Some unique vehicles need to see a specialist due to the complex systems they run(Volvo, Fiat, Porsche, etc.) in any case, Mike is cool. Might seem grumpy, but that's because he's tired of low ballers. Good prices, fair services!

I highly recommend Cam Stone Automotive for their professionalism, honesty, and excellent customer…read moreservice! I originally took my Jeep in for some A/C issues, and they completed the repairs sooner than expected. Unfortunately, I continued experiencing problems with the A/C, so I brought it back. They determined that the replacement part was faulty, ordered another one, and installed it at no additional charge. After picking up my Jeep the second time, I noticed a "Service Shifter" warning appearing on my dashboard. I returned the following morning, and they quickly discovered that a wire had not been reconnected. They corrected the issue immediately, and I was back on the road in about 15 minutes, again at no charge. What impressed me most was how they handled everything. I understand that unexpected issues can happen with vehicle repairs, and sometimes parts are defective through no fault of the repair shop. What matters to me is how a business responds when something doesn't go as planned. Throughout the entire process, the staff at Cam Stone Automotive were professional, fair, honest, and willing to make things right. They never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by returning with concerns, and they stood behind their work. To me, that speaks volumes about the integrity of a business. It's easy to provide good customer service when everything goes perfectly, but how a business handles unexpected problems is what truly earns my trust. Thank you, Cam Stone Automotive, for your honesty, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an automotive repair shop they can trust!
