Two months ago we purchased a cover for an Apple 13 mini. However, it was a 12 mini that didn't fit so on the receipt it was written "to be exchanged" when 13 mini arrives in shop. We discovered today that the order did not go in and there was another order for a 12 mini. We asked for our money back and it was refused (see document) Looks like a job for ACCC read more
