Her process and care are probably something that you never experienced or knew existed. Her annual physicals include extensive blood analysis to identify hidden issues that can be corrected before they become a problem. Her specialty is heart health, but she is well versed, educated and certified in many areas of adult human physiology, and medicine. Her staff and office personnel are very pleasant, well trained, and efficiently organized. You will never wait longer than five minutes to see the doctor once you arrive for an appointment. Also, never once was I not able to book a same day appointment. This is one great benefit of having a Concierge Membership. Regarding results, I just completed my eighth year of her care and physicals. Due to her consultations and advice, my recent health report is the best it has ever been. Flash back 2 years to July 2020 (during the pandemic) in Colorado when my older son fell and broke his arm requiring immediate surgery. In panic mode, being out of town in a rural ER during Covid, I called back home to Dr. Capelo's office for advice. Dr. Capelo not only did a phone consult with me, he graciously reviewed the x-rays and discussed the surgery plan with the ER Orthopedic. Once we were back in Colleyville, Dr. Capelo seamlessly handled the surgery follow-up and took over my son's care. You will not find a more humble and caring physician. He spends the time during a visit to explain what he is doing and why he is doing something. The front office may have changed over the years but his office manager has been with him for probably the last 20 years. The nurses are great at returning calls. If Dr. Hogan is booked, the office can usually get you in with his PA or the other Dr. in his practice. When I have been truly sick they have always been able to work me in within a day. I have recommended him to multiple people- Mother-Husband-Coworkers and they are all still patients of his. I would highly recommend Dr. Hogan for your family medical needs.
