So, I stroll into the store at 10am on a Tuesday, bright-eyed and optimistic--it's knife-sharpening…read moreday! They'd just opened, and apparently, so had the portal to absurdity. I tell the guy I want the knives sharpened and ready for pickup that afternoon. Simple enough, right? Wrong. He informs me they ship the knives off to New York, and it takes 2-3 weeks. Weeks. Because clearly, these knives must undergo a spiritual journey before they're deemed worthy of being sharp again. I explain they aren't *that* dull and ask if they can just sharpen them in-house. He says they can--oh, but not the serrated knives, can opener, or scissors. Sure, no problem. I'll take those magical items home and entrust him with just the straight edges. Then he drops another gem: they can "touch up" the knives. Fine by me, as long as I get them back in the afternoon. But wait! Plot twist--he suddenly claims it'll take 2-3 *days* because they "have an event." An event? Are the knives the keynote speakers? Because the store was as empty as my patience at that point. I looked around, saw no sign of this mysterious "event," and finally hit my limit. I stormed out, muttering about how I'd apparently wandered into the Theater of the Absurd. Honestly, what a circus.

I had a recurring issue with my riding mower so, having used OnSite SEMR previously, I called…read moreagain. A new carburetor was installed (which all online info indicated was needed), but the mower kept dumping gas into crankcase. Mr. Mike came out at least 3X trying to locate problem. He even picked up my mower to repair at shop, no extra charge. A small piece of rubber from a replaced vacuum pump was blocking the seating of the needle in carb valve. Mike's persistence located this issue even though it was an odd, rare malfunction. At many times along the way, Mr. Mike could've taken advantage, but he did not! Honest service at a fair price!

Total pros. Experts 100%. Pulled up. Disassembled my lawnmower in minutes. Had the carburetor pulled off and into little pieces in no time... reminded me of NASCAR pit crews. Had me put back together and up and running in about 30 minutes. I went ahead and had them do the whole tune up... new plugs, new filters, new oil. Price was not only totally worth it, they told me EXACTLY what I needed to do moving forward so that I never need to call them again. Great guys. Great business ops. Really impressed.
