One of the ceiling fans was wobbly. I called and asked if they could come out and check it because it should be under warranty as it's been less than two months. The lady on the phone was polite and professional scheduled me quickly for a couple of days later this week. They had an opening today the same day I called and were able to get someone out and take care of it. The electrician and his apprentice also polite and professional. My fan does not wobble. I don't hold the wobble against them because it could happen to anyone they owned up to it and took care of it. If we need an electrician again, Above and Beyond it the top of my list. I called and Amber was extremely nice and helpful in getting me setup for an appointment. She even gave me a number to send the video of the leak I had. My appointment was the next afternoon. The next day Amber had texted to let me know that if it rained the technician would reschedule since it would be difficult to find a leak in the rain but that the technician would let me know. However the rain held off and I received a text that the technician was on his way. The text had a picture along with the name of who was coming. That is something I liked and really felt stood out with customer service. The technician Joe arrived extremely nice guy down to earth very professional. He got right to the job and literally within 15 minutes checked out what was going on. He gave me the estimate-and military discount. I was ready to schedule for the service to see when they could do it. I pulled my calendar out and Joe was like are you going to be here and I said yes and he said ok I'll go get my tools. Lol!
