I ordered because I need fast, healthy meals and this was perfect. The chicken was moist and had a great flavor, not spicy but some mild heat and a smoked/grilled flavor came through beautifully. The rice was fluffy and very flavorful, the beans were cooked so well and went great mixed into the rice a little. Finally my favorite part was the sauce! I used about half of it, then let my toddler try it, and I didn't get any back! She licked the whole thing clean, ha! I will be ordering again! This is great for post op surgery, busy lifestyle, postpartum, employees, and teachers. I'd love to see a "family style" or family size in the future. Maybe even some desserts? If Ezra is a good of a baker as he is a chef!

Not exceptional but alright. 2 waiters got into a little argument in front of us which was awkward. Also: I asked our waiter if they have iced coffee, and he said that I can put ice cubes into my hot coffee cup and I'll have iced coffee. That wasn't my question. I'm easy going but this was not the smartest customer service response. I let it slide tho. He was being polite but just felt like a lazy response. So when I heard about this place, I was excited and had to take a chance. I was surprised at the number of restaurants I had to choose from and actually had a hard time picking on out because there were so many good choices. I finally settled on one and placed my order online. You have to call them if it's your first time ordering for confirmation but that's only a one time thing. The driver came right on the ETA they gave me at delivery. I liked that they email you notifications when your driver arrives at your restaurant of choice and is on his way to you. Overall, I'm ecstatic that I now have delivery options out here in BFE. Will definitely use them again.

After you've placed your order, you're emailed a tracking number and your receipt. You can track your order via their website right up to the time it hits your door, and our order arrived on time. Food was hot and the delivery charge is a good deal. On top of the good service, what really impressed me was how well they handled a couple hiccups. The deliverer didn't have the Coke we ordered. He gave us a Coke Zero and a Sprite to make up for it. I was emailed my tracking number, but the receipt didn't come through. I sent a contact us message through their website, and within minutes their company President emailed me the receipt apologizing for the minor hiccup. No doubt that I will be using their service again. No business runs perfect 100% of the time, and it's a testament to a good company on how they handle the minor hiccups. Those are the companies that go from good to great.
