I waited for a little while in the front lobby after checking in, but the girls helped me to some "Spa water" and made sure I was comfortable. Would book again for her. My pedicure was done by another really nice woman, sorry I did not get her name. She did a great job though. The ambiance was very modern, chic. My wife and I are both disabled veterans and she made sure she tailored the class within our comfort zone. She helped us understand what we can do to help each other cope and ease some of the pain we have from our years of military service. She was always mindful of our aches, pains, and limitations as she helped us modify to within our comfort zone. Having someone come into our home and interacting with us is especially hard with our mental health issues i.e. PTSD/anxiety, etc but she was very caring and made the experience as relaxing as she could. Their crystals are very overpriced, and the staff weren't able to say where they are sourced from and labeled some of them incorrectly. As much as I like to support small businesses, I think it's important to support ethical and fair ones too. Their name/online presence suggests that they take concepts like crystal healing or mediation seriously, but the execution was subpar. When asking clarifying questions, one of the cashiers waved me off and walked off into the back area without saying anything for the duration of my visit. I highly suggest only stocking items that staff are educated about, as well as being more open to customer questions in the future.
