Excellent. Dr Greene is the exact opposite of every…read morechiropractor I've ever seen (albeit that's a relatively short list). Rather than jumping right in and adjusting every bone in my body indiscriminately, he listened to my exact need, examined the situation, took two X-rays to confirm, and did a simple, focused adjustment followed by galvanic therapy at the site of inflammation. I was in a lot of pain ... lower back, due to a shift in my very low back that is "squeezing" a disk. I'm not one to go to a clinic or chiropractor for "maintenance", and my schedule limits my options anyhow- so Dr. Greene advised me of his recommended therapy, and I cut that to a bare minimum. I saw him three times the first week, just to see if I could overcome my crisis. And his focused approach did just that for me... the inflammation decreased and that helped a great deal with the pain and my range of motion. Then I had to go on a trip. I made it through without undoing the work so far (lots of cold packs!). I also took his suggestion and treated the site with "biofreeze". Now I've seen him once a week for two weeks. And I am doing so much better. I still have a tweak in my back and minor ache, but the I inflammation is gone, and I believe I'm perhaps two or so weeks away from being back to "normal." I really appreciate that Dr Greene has worked with me around my challenging schedule-- even seeing me the day before my trip prior to normal business hours. His straightforward approach to my situation has worked out perfectly.

I visited Dr. Narson's office with moderate pain in my left forearm near my elbow and right thigh…read morethat I had been experiencing for over a month. Prior to visiting his office, I have tried to alleviate the discomfort on my own with a hypervolt, stretching and foam rolling. Nothing was working. Walking into his office, you feel right at home with his warm, attentive staff. Everyone was so friendly. After an in-depth review of my health history and evaluation of my nagging injuries, he determined they were mild strains that could be treated. Dr. Narson explained the techniques and technology he would be using to get me back to lifting weights again. He used the Graston technique on both areas as well as electro therapy, which I've never experienced. I have been seen by several chiropractors in the past with various injuries, however, Dr. Narson is not your typical chiropractor. He truly is dedicated to his craft and keeping up with the latest techniques and technologies to better serve his patients. Within 24 hours of my visit, I felt a noticeable difference. Four days have passed and I'm almost 100% pain free. I've resumed lifting weights with pain-free ranges of motions at my elbow and knee. I trust and wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Narson and his team of professionals to take the greatest care of you and your family. I have been suffering in chronic pain for well over a decade, perhaps a bit closer to a decade and…read morea half. I have been to at least 10 surgeons in my home state of Missouri and one surgeon at Mayo Clinic, with none of them offering me a solution to my pain issues aside from taking opiates, which is not something I wanted to accept for a lifetime. I have tried NSAID's, occupational therapy, PRP, stem cells, prolozone therapy, and just about every other non-surgical modality you can think of without any success. One day when I decided to look up "best hand surgeon in America" after being severely frustrated from chronic pain, I came across Dr. Badia. He has a section on his website where you can reach out to him prior to making an appointment and describe your issues to him. He is big on ensuring patients can reach his clinic in search of hope where other physicians may have failed them. In my initial contact, I advised Dr. Badia of the issues I've been experiencing and he offered me a potential solution with a strong level of confidence that he could help me with my issues. I then came from St. Louis to Miami and had surgery three weeks later and now I can safely say I am pain free for the first time in well over a decade. I immediately woke up pain-free from surgery and could breathe a sigh of relief knowing that the suffering was finally behind me. What no other surgeon could do or was willing to do, Dr. Badia was willing to do. He immediately wanted to listen to what I had to say and was willing to treat me as a human with thoughts and emotions, and not just as another patient he could profit off of. He wanted to ensure I was comfortable with everything that was going on at all times during the treatment process and genuinely cares about his patients and truly is passionate about what he does. Thanks to Dr. Badia, my personal relationships are getting better, I am no longer constantly fatigued and miserable physically and mentally, I have reduced my medications by at least 75%, I'm happier, and I wake up almost instantly on a daily basis where I used to take several hours to fully wake up daily just from being in so much pain. I never realized just how fatigued I was from being in so much pain all because no doctor was willing to take a chance with me. Dr. Badia's level of skill and expertise is unmatched and I have been to some of the top hand surgeons in Missouri - one of which was even world-renowned and wouldn't help me with my issues because he wasn't willing to take a chance when I was willing to take a chance. Dr. Badia never once made me feel like he was superior to me because he was the physician but wanted to work with me as a team to resolve my issues. Dr. Badia has the quintessential clinic setup. His office staff are like a well oiled machine and every bit of my experience went without hiccup, especially considering the COVID-19 pandemic. I will continue to use Dr. Badia for any hand to shoulder issues and would gladly go out to Miami again as opposed to taking any chances of not receiving top-notch service from a different physician. Dr. Badia sees the medical system for what it is and doesn't believe the insurance companies should dictate patient care, but rather believes that the patient should receive the care they need in a timely manner, and has been working on a solution to orthopedic issues in South Florida by starting his own orthopedic urgent care called OrthoNOW. His views on medicine made my treatment much simpler than I feel it would've been had I received similar care in Missouri. He also has an orthopedic rehabilitation clinic, which helped provide me with greater chances of having a successful treatment. I have never been so satisfied with a physician in my life and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of quality medical care. I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful man. Thank you, Dr. Badia. You are a true godsend.

He is exceptionally skilled and has an impressive training resume/CV. Dr Badia was highly recommend to me by another hand surgeon about 2 hours north. I am a veterinarian and I need my hands to be 100% to allow me to perform surgery on my furry four legged patients. The other hand surgeon I initially went to see for my injury said that he would recommend I go to Dr Badia because of his skill level and high case load. The particular injury I had was not super common in the general population, and was associated more with athletes. Dr Badia is out of network for all health insurance policies. So you will likely end up paying more out of pocket than you would with other doctors. But in my opinion, it's worth investing in yourself to ensure the best possible outcome for your injury. I'm still in the recovery phase, so I can speak yet on the outcome...but so far so good. The staff is all very kind and helpful.

This review is directed to the office management staff…read more The doctor, his nurse practitioner, and medical staff are fantastic, but the administration office had never addressed my concerns in a timely manner. I write this review to warn those who may value the after-care process after having surgery and giving this review one star so it gets the eyes it deserves in hopes that it may change things. Regarding my experience, I had two requests that took weeks to get resolved. The first instance was a couple of weeks after my surgery when I was experiencing some stiffness. I made a quick call to settle my worries, but no one answered the phone. I called again the next day to the same result (the voicemail system was down so I was unable to leave a message). It took 6 work days and calling multiple times for the last two days to get an answer -- all the while my stiffening was not improving. I was put in for an appointment the following week and everything was sorted out then. Total time: 13 work days (17 actual days). My second experience was getting a prescription for my x-rays as my final follow-up (I had to the x-rays from a different state due to work). I called 5 work days before my scheduled appointment to notify the staff I will not be there in person and would like a prescription sent for me. The voicemail system was up by this time, so I was allowed the option to leave a message, which I did. The office did call me the next day, but I couldn't answer because of work. I called again that day when I was available but to no answer. I left another message. The phone-tag continued for 3 more work days. The messages the office had sent me did not address the two main points I asked: 1) send me my x-ray prescription, and 2) tell me a time that someone in the office will be available during working hours and I will make sure to call then, as we seem to be missing each other. It took 5 more additional work days to get the prescription sent to me. By that time, I was already a week over my scheduled follow-up date. I got the x-rays done and the next day was signed off with no further issues. Total time: 11 work days (15 actual days). I'm writing as unemotionally and factual I can because I believe after-care is important to everyone. I know there are some who may not be allowed the luxuries I had: I'm young and can find time during work to make needed phone calls. Also, I was fortunate enough to not have any major issues result from my surgery. However, I know that isn't the case for everyone, and I would hate that someone would have to wait actual weeks before their issues can be sorted. Again, the actual medical staff (i.e. doctor and nurses) are great; the office staff is not. The distinction should be made there. I would highly recommend Thomas Temple as your surgeon; but also, I will highly recommend you take the business cards of everyone in that office so that you have a back-up number to call should any serious issues arise.
