I was in an absolutely terrible situation with a new boat on an old trailer broken down in the middle of the street in downtown Los Angeles. They showed me so much kindness and care while remaining focused and oriented on getting the problem fixed the quickest they could. If it wasn't for them i would still be there sleeping in my van trying to rectify the problem. George can work an arc welder and saw like a surgeon while Hike talked me through the best fix and what I could do to be of any assistance. The work is second to none and the people behind it are saints. Not only will i always consult them for any issues i hope i can be friends with them for the rest of my life. I would trust them with child. Call George and hike. You deserve the best and they will give it to you.

These guys were fantastic. Being a boat owner for many years I have dealt with an assortment of…read moreunscrupulous characters that try to gouge you around every corner and more often than not wind up doing a shoddy job. George and Hayk came to my boat, assessed what needed to be done and gave me a quote. They completely rewired my boat and tuned up my Merc 150. They went above and beyond what I had asked of them and rewired several components on the boat that I didn't even ask them too and also fixed a small fuel leak they stumbled across. When he told me about all of the extra things they fixed I was thinking... "Okay now they're going to hit me for more money on work I didn't even authorize." When they told me it was all going to be under the umbrella of the original quote I couldn't believe it. I even gave them an extra hundred bucks for doing such a great job and treating me fairly. I highly recommend giving these guys the job. They are mobile and they know their shit. I am stoked.

He completed the job on schedule and the quality of his work exceeded my expectations. Thomas reinforced my T-top, addressing the structural concerns I had, and also polished the T-top metal, leaving it looking noticeably better than before. He even fixed one of my blow fuses free of charge because he had extra in his bag of tools. It's hard to find a reliable mobile marine mechanic who communicates well, shows up when promised, and delivers quality workmanship, but Thomas checked all those boxes. I'll definitely be hiring Rhino Marine again for future projects on my boat.

He was here for about an hour, didn't figure out what was wrong, didn't fix anything, didn't explain anything, and just left. No results, no answers, nothing. Later that same day, my uncle (who's a certified mechanic) came over and had the issue fixed in under 10 minutes. I reached out and asked for a partial refund since nothing was diagnosed or repaired, and his response was basically that "his time is valuable." That's ridiculous. So is charging people for doing absolutely nothing. Not someone I'd ever call again or recommend. Showed up late, didn't help, and refused to take any responsibility. Complete waste of time and money.

My husband had to put it back together himself finally so he can just sell it. Who has to do that??? I see other people have had the same experience. This guy does it because he can get away with it. A $59.00 bilge pump. He charged me $730.00 but he said he was giving me a deal 10 % off for the month of February so my bill was $677.00 He started the boat and went over everything. Kai called me and said the carburetor needed to be rebuilt. I said that's funny I started it up 3 weeks prior without any problems and the carburetor was fine. Right away he said oh let me go back out and check it a little further. At that point I should have just picked it up knowingly he was trying to rip me off. I hate when companies steal from customers. Customer's are the people paying your bills. It's honestly, loyalty and word-of-mouth that brings in business. I Recommend if you don't wanna get ripped off take it to someone that's honest. This place is far from that!! So Kai charged for service of $400. To do an oils change, fuel filter and to replace a bilge pump. Honestly what mechanic takes 2 1/2 hours to do simple work. I'm posting my receipt to show you how they rip people off.
