Ordered at 2b2 Online Store two Laptops, with DHL "express delivery" the price was 50 for the…read moredelivery but cyberport needet 7 days just to bring the delivery to the products to the haulier and the declared it as Standard Shipping so we need 7 other days to get the Products.
So we got 2 weeks for "express delivery" in conclusion.
The service center personal is very uninterested about our problem and gave us wrong information (told us the delivery would be here tomorrow when they didn't even send it)
The behavior of this company is almost criminal.
Never again !
This is the worst technical supplier in germany even for B2B costumers.
