I pumped a tiny amount and shutoff the pump to end the sale. Told the lovely people inside and suggested they put a sign on the pump saying "out of f'in order" . ( I did not drop the f bomb) . Got even more blank looks and a sarcastic "have a nice day". Did not get the feeling the clerks cared at all.

I handed the clerk 5 tickets that was over $200. She hands me $120 cash back and says nothing to me. She says nothing, no oh you won $220, nothing at all. I said that's weird I thought I was supposed to get more back. No answer from clerk. I asked, can I get a receipt of the winning, clerk says, sorry I deleted the transaction can't make a copy, clerk was Shuffling all the receipts from the lottery tickets to put in her lotto tray, and I kept saying that so weird, I swear I thought I was supposed to get more. Not 1 word from the clerk. A minute later she calls her boss on the phone speaks Spanish, she hangs up phone. She still Shuffle tickets. At that moment still finding it odd she's not answering my question or telling me anything about the winnings. I was like I am pretty sure it was more than $120, she's than answers me for the first time and says, we owe you $100, come back in an hour. Wtf, why didn't you tell me that the first 3 minutes of our interaction and when I was saying the winnings were more than $120, very shady. Why didn't see tell me that when she only handed me $120 and I was asking all those questions? Was almost like she was waiting to see if I was going to say anything about the missing money first. Very very shady. . Not sure if this girl knows how to speak proper English or understand English, but the manager at this store needs to retrain this girl, she has zero customer service skills, you can tell she hates her job. The mangers are just as Dixie and rude as their employees. You can definitely tell this girl hates working there. Every time I shop at this mobil, you go to the register, she doesn't say anything, no "hello" , " How Are You?", when you leave, she doesn't say "Thank you" or have a nice day. What is up with customer service in these mobil stores? If I can't even be greeted by the clerk when I spend my hard earn money in your gas station, I don't want to come back.

I noticed I had little in terms of gas and needed something in my tank to get me home. The exit led me southbound only and thought about "the first gas station I see, I'm pulling in -I don't care of the price I'll need to pay or the brand name I have to use- I ain't budging." I was alone, so pushing was out of the question. You were the first gas station I saw going south on (US) Rte 9, so I pulled in. I saw you were a little more expensive than most stations I tend to use, but it's always good to use ones like you every little while. I pulled in and at first I did pay at the pump with my Plenti card. I knew I'd have a receipt that way and I'd at least would be getting points for the gas I purchase, but my gas stations I tend to use give me pennies off per gallon with a card, but I do like a printed receipt. Afterthought machine asked me if I wanted a receipt, I chose yes. But pump number 8 didn't give me a receipt. I opened the receipt door bin but their was no receipt there. It gave me no indication that an error occurred or a reason why I didn't get one, so I headed in to retrieve a duplicate. The clerk was nice when I explained the problem and had them print out a duplicate receipt for the transaction. Again, I'm not the type of person who'd spend more for gas than some nearby stations, but I was desperate. I don't generally see many convenience stores with mechanics shops in Northwest Dutchess Co where I was hailing from, but this was awkward to me. I saw the door leading to the shop which threw me for a loop at first, but I figured it out after a second or two...

They have a little bit of everything there: Cold sandwiches, hot food, soft pretzels, an impressive selection of coffees, and also sodas and other soft drinks as well as beer. The people at the cashier's counter are always very pleasant and keep the place clean and refill the grab 'n go often. It's not three star Michelin restaurant food, but it's filling, it's hot, and it's cheap. compared to the galleria food court across the street. There are a few tables by the window or in the back to sit. They have NYC & local newspapers (remember them?) lotto, and various sundries.
