I noticed that there was a lot of dirt still on my vehicle on my windows and dry spots that was not even washed by the car wash. I paid $18 for this wash and it's supposed to be tires shine included so I was very dissatisfied with the services so I went back through the drive-throughoutand requested for re-wash I spoken with the assistant manager and he had the worst unprofessional attitude telling me that I need to pay an additional $18 in order for me to get a rewatch which is not fair because I just gone through the drive-through and I was requesting for rewash because the car was not washed completely correctly and I told him that I will not pay another additional $18 because that's not fair to me I paid originally paid the first $18 which means if the car is not washed properly, I should get a free rewash with no hesitation because that's what good customer service should be instead he refused to give me that unless I paid additional $18 so I requested for his manager and he proceeded to tell me that his manager is on break for an 1 hour. I said well I'm very patient so I will wait for him. You can let him know that I'm awaiting him as a customer because I'm not satisfied with having my vehicle wash I need my vehicle washed fairly so instead of waiting an hour or the manager come out disrespectfully and unprofessional attitude saying to me you're gonna have to pay $18 demand and if you want a car wash again and I said to him, why do I need to pay another $18 for a car wash that I already paid originally for that was done not properly I would like to request for half washed car and I should not have to pay for that which is fair so he copped an attitude and he told me leave this location and get out! If you want a rewash you got to pay $18 and I said well I'm not gonna pay $18 and I'll requesting rewash which is something that I should be able to get that's called good customer service this is not my first time at this location I have brought my second vehicle there several times to be cleaned by them and I never had this issue before. I brought my White vehicle there and now I'm having all of these issues. The unprofessional manager and assistant manager. telling me what they're not going to do a rewash unless I give them $18 additional so I told him I'm not gonna do that. He said get out I'm kicking you out. You're kicking me out of the car wash after I paid for sloppy services! I'm requesting problem to be corrected by manager instead he demanded me to leave the premises because you don't wanna honor my concerns as a customer which is very unprofessional that is not how you handle customers that is not how you treat customers and when a customer, it brings to an managers attention. Something that was done incorrectly. Instead, he decided to demand for me to leave the premises, which is very unprofessional nevertheless, I explained to them that this is not my first time here this is my third time here and I told them that I brought my other vehicle they're prior beforehand and I'm didn't have a problem then so all of a sudden I bring my other vehicle that's Write and I have these issues and I'll bring it to the attention instead of you just taking care of me as a customers they decided to give me a whole attitude telling me that they're not gonna honor nothing you have to give me give me 18 additional dollars for something that I shouldn't have to pay for again with that said I really hoping that the CEO of this this car wash location read this message and consider retraining his manager, and assistant manager, and how they need to be truly problem, solver and be able to take care of customers so that they can manage to retain customers on longevity versus short-term and because of this bad experience that I had, I will not give them any type of business ever again because of the experience of them not to honor in my request with that said I am bringing this to the attention to all the reviewers, and I will highly recommend for them not to go to this location to get your car wash because you're gonna be very disappointed in the services that you will receive because if they don't honor and provide bad experience that they will give you and I how do you recommend for you to take your vehicle to another location?Lastly, I highly recommend for the CEO to either relieve this manager and assistant manager of their duties and put someone in place that truly have a heart, compassion and it's about problem-solving and resolving concerns of customers in a professional manner. I think it's just a quarter/minute after your intial start up of $1.00 for the vacuum. That's HUGE. All the bays worked properly when I've gone. Bring your bucket, towels, hand towels, degreaser, "re-greaser", come early on the weekend, spend the time, do the work, your car will thank you. This is a place for enthusiasts, people that realy take pride in a clean, fully detailed car. I get a lot of value out of it. In and out in about 2hrs at around $30-$40 for a $200-looking job. However, when you pay for a car wash, you still expect your vehicle to come out clean. I've been to Prestige in Stoughton twice, and both times the wash failed to clean the back of my car, especially the rear window and trunk. The first time I mentioned it, the only solution offered was a quick wipe with a dirty rag--nothing was done for the rest of the car, which was still dirty. When an issue like this happens, there should at least be a courtesy rewash or some effort to make it right. Instead, I paid for a service that didn't deliver. I kept my subscription hoping it was a one-time issue, but after it happened again--and with prices increasing--I decided to cancel. The only reason I'm giving one star is because I have to. Very disappointing experience.

    The other reviews are correct in saying the service at this car wash is not what it used to be 10…read moreor even 5 years ago. Yes they clean the exterior and wipe it dry. They also vacuum the interior, including the mats for just under $30 . It's hard work and I think the price is pretty fair, but they don't wipe the dash or the cup holders anymore for that price. Also, they are not as friendly as they used to be when you are driving your car through. Will i be back? Yes, I live in an apartment and cannot clean the here like i used to when I lived in a house. Also, I think it's worth the price to have it done so quickly. They had it done in less than 20 minutes. I think it would be better as a maintanance thing once the car is really clean. For example, My husband drove his truck through, they didn't vacuum or clean the rear bed. There are some some steaks where they didn't wipe it dry. Also they left my dusty dash and sticky cupolders.

The damage left my passenger temporarily trapped in the vehicle. When trying to resolve the issue, they immediately denied responsibility without any inspection. I told them to check the cameras and after doing so they claimed "the cameras showed nothing." We asked to see for ourselves and when they willingly brought us to the office we can clearly see that I entered the car was with no damage on my vehicle!!! When I went to snap a video of my vehicle entering without damage, they turned off the entire system and demanded I leave without providing any insurance or any owner information. Luckily it wasn't hard to find out and the problem is being dealt with and repairs will be made. Ps: my car was still very dusty (just wash the car yourself)
