When some hear me say that a gas station is our goto pizza place when visiting the area, they may think I misspoke, but the truth is, the Meredith Station, aka Mobil, has the best pizza in the area. If you're not in the mood for pizza, their subs are also really good. They also offer coffee in a variety of flavors, a huge assortment of soft drinks and other typical goodies that are commonly found in convenience stores that one may need for a day out on the water or for a quick refresh when passing through town. In addition to good food, the staff is friendly, and the store is clean. During holidays they decorate the grounds with season-appropriate items, such as scarecrows and mums in the fall and pretty flowers in the spring and summer. Then this guy continues to trash talk and called my boyfriend a "homo" and made comments about out of town Democrats! He's not even close to being a "homo" nor a Democrat, (not that it would be a bad thing either way!) and what does that have to do with anything any way?! And his cronies hanging out inside talked trash to him too while he's trying to pay for the gas! He took our license plate number as if he can do something with it! They were doing they're shopping!! Ignoring the fact 3 other people were standing outside waiting to spend there money during posted open hours of operation..they closed and just blatantly went about taking and bagging the goods they were taking home.
