This gas station is conveniently located right off the 101 north/south freeway exits at Glen Annie and because of that, you truly pay premium prices. The staff are friendly and the gas station is clean and never busy but the prices are a little steep. Gas isn't cheap and the location of this place is usually a life saver when you are heading north on the 101 it is one of the few final gas stations before you get up to solvang. read more

The large Mexican heritage woman clerk stopped me from using the restroom, until my husband had paid for our gas! She claimed the we needed to buy something...he was purchasing over $100 of gas! This woman needs to be fired. She enjoys tormenting her customers...sadistic! read more

Wouldn't let me use the bathroom after pumping gas. Demanded that I buy something in the store. Ridiculous.

Irene the cashier was very rude. I asked if she were the owner, and she said she was. They have a policy that you must buy an item for each person who needs to use the restroom and the way she explained it was in a very nasty rude demanding way. Don't go here. read more

Me and my nephew and my friend went to this gas station yesterday spent $60 on gas and my 13-year-old nephew was denied using the bathroom. The woman at the counter refused to allow him to use the restroom and said that we needed to come in with the receipt from from from the pump to prove that we spent money. The pump did not give a receipt, but our car was parked, and we were clearly pumping gas. She was very, very rude and denied allowing us to speak to any kind of supervisor so we will be dealing with corporate office about this. My nephew was forced to stay urinate outside. read more

i am handicapped. Can't walk long distances or stand very long. Bought gas and went to use the restroom. Clerk was very rude and said I had to buy something before I used the restroom. That's fine but I told her I just bought $60 worth of gas. She then asks which pump? I was the only one there!!! I didn't know the number of the pump. So I had to walk out and look. By this time I'm hurting bad. So ridiculous. Thank God won't be buying gas from them again ever. the two women there are very rude. Learn some human decency. read more

Avoid. Drive past this place and go to the 7/11 for much cheaper gas. Also, the lady cashier is extremely rude even after she made me buy something to use the restroom. Weirdest gas station I have ever been to. read more

This station is giving Mobile A BAD NAME! This is a gas station - MAJOR GASOLINE COMPANY NO LESS. It's located off of the 101 in Goleta. What does one do when they are on the road for hours and hours? They need to use the restrooms, of course. The clerk behind the counter stated that we had to buy something to use the restroom. She was extremely rude about it. So we bought a $6 candy bar that normally would cost $3. Their receipt states at the top - BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING!! I see many others have had horrible interactions here also. It's surprising MOBILE HAS NOT improved their service for years. We were here 7/29/25. Avoid this station. read more

I stopped in I had an emergency, flat tire on e-bike, I needed air and willing to pay the price asked now (used to be free); however, they insisted I can't pay for the air BUT BUY something- in a very condescending smirky way advising me to buy or will not turn on the air. How extremely rude, inconsiderate, and brass. That's on a whole different level of gouging. read more

Public Service Announcement- do not go here. Instead of the price of gas their sign should just read "bend over" because they are gonna give it to you. Chevron is down the street, about $1.40 cheaper (yes $1.40 per gallon). Do everyone a favor and avoid this place so that they lower their ridiculous prices. I've attached a photo of their sign for your reference. read more

Mobil - Gas Stations Near Me - Goleta, California

Would give negative zero stars if i could. Rude attendant working on 7/4/23 at noon. Had small children that needed to use the restroom. Sign says "restroom for customers only" so we bought a drink and on the way out the attendant told us "one item per customer to use the restroom" Seriously lady???. Put that in your sign outside. Most expensive gas in the area. Good thing we didn't buy gas from there after how rude she was. AVOID. read more

Notorious gougers! You can get gas for a buck or more less per gallon at just about any other gas station in Goleta. E.g., try the 76 one exit north on the 101. AVOID! read more

Drove in to fill our tires and purchase gas and the owner refused to turn in the air for the tires to be filled until we purchased a item from the convenient store. Greedy. Unethical. It is illegal to not turn on the air for us. And plus we are purchasing gasoline. read more

Came here because my boyfriend was in desperate need of gas. Thought is would be cheap since it was a Mobil. WRONG! $4.79 a gallon for regular 87 is too much! Girl at the register (Her name was Minerva) wasn't friendly either. She has too much attitude and too busy eating her ice cream to be in customer service. We were the only people there actually getting gas! It was completely empty and now I know why! Stop here at your own risk! read more

The gas station attendant was rude when I greeted her and tried to have a conversation. I guess I was interrupting her brunch that she was having at 10:54. She then mouthed something disrespectful to me under her breath but declined to repeat it when I asked. It's my Birthday so I wasn't going to let her ruin it and I wished her a great day. She responded with "uhuh" and walked off. Be aware this gas station is extremely expensive at $4.79 for regular and I filled up with $3 yesterday in another city. The price of gas combined with the customer service I'd give this 0 stars. Luckily gas comes out of the pumps so they get 1. ;-D read more

Mobil - Gas Stations Near Me - Goleta, California

This gas station has the highest prices in the county and will be happy to take your money. The station is also perfectly positioned to take advantage of UCSB students. There are many gas stations with much lower prices. Boycott this one or pay the tall price. read more

Do not go to mobile gas station on Glenn Annie to work or purchase anything ghe owner is really rude and has really high prices and will not change them. As well as the employees they are rude and do not communicate with you. read more

Highway Robbery! By far the most expensive in the area with gasoline over 2.00 a gallon more than other nearby stations. To make matters worse, the bathrooms were out of toilet paper! read more

Gas is over a dollar per gallon more expensive. Just go to the other side of the freeway and pay normal prices.

Gas prices here are consistently 1-2$ more per gallon than anywhere else. Even now, when the Shell and Chevron gas stations that are just 400 feet away charge $2.80/gal, this pump charges $4.80/gallon. I wonder why no one has reported them for fraud. Unsuspecting victims who end up gasing here, drive on Storke Rd for 400 feet, you can gas-up on Shell or Chevron. You may save 15$ on a full tank of gas. read more

This is probably the worst gas station in California. Gas prices are consistently 1$ higher than everywhere else, and in California that's saying something. I work early in the morning and decided to stop and get a cup of coffee. They had a nice little coffee station, but they had no coffee!!!! If I were the owner I would want my employee to put down the phone and make sure there was coffee ready before 5 a.m. read more

Should definitely have read the other comments before pulling off to get gas here. At least a $1.50 more per gallon. If you are heading south on the 101, skip this station and get off off later. Pure greed of the owner. read more

Avoid at all costs. Most expensive gas station in SB. 2-3 per gallon more than anywhere else.

I don't know if I have been living in Denver to long but I sure do miss gas stations in Cali. Not only do they sell red party cups here but they have a rack fully stocked with Big Foot Wine. Now, I know not the best wine but they don't sell wine in general on Sundays in Colorado. They don't even sell alcohol in Safeway or at Seven Elevens, if they do its the reduced alcohol stuff. I don't touch that stuff. read more

If there were zero stars that would be my vote. Businesses that don't car about their customers should be avoided. Today this place was charging $0.55 a gallon more for regular than the shell on Carrillo St in the pricey downtown district of Santa Barbara. This is the worst kind of business and gives everyone in the service station biz a bad name. read more

Price rip off and extremely rude service. I feel sorry for every poor soul that would have to stop there.

Unbelievable rip off! I rarely look at prices since every gas station I've ever been to is within about 10 cents of all the others. I filled my tank from half full and was shocked to see it was $20 more than usual. I looked at the price per gallon and it was $4.79 a gallon! A few blocks away was another station at $3.29 a gallon. Shameless hustlers. I will NEVER use that station again and will make sure everyone I know knows about it too. read more

This Gas Station is absolutely ridiculous. They are the only gas station in Goleta / Santa Barbara that charge this much for gas. It does not matter if they are conveniently located right off of the exit of Glen Annie/Storke Road. $4.79 a gallon for regular unleaded gas is absolutely ridiculous... I have never gone to this gas station and I never will.. this gas station is a complete rip-off and I'm sure will be going out of business pretty soon because nobody will pay that much per gallon when you can go down the street and get gas for $3.15.. And to the people that do actually pay these prices and go to this gas station I'm sorry to say but you guys are just as ridiculous as this gas station. read more

Don't buy gas here. They gouge people because they are located right off highway 101. Their prices are usually $1-2 more than nearby gas stations. It's crazy what they charge for gas. read more

Shocking prices - avoid like the plague! I wish I had read the previous reviews before stopping at this gas station! The main price sign was unlit (it was dark out) and I didn't check the prices (my own fault but I assumed they'd be similar to elsewhere) before giving over $25 for fuel. More than double the other stations! $4.79 whereas just a few miles away it was $2.39. I actually thought the price on the pump must be wrong but no. A waste of $12 but that's a lesson learnt - needed fuel there and then so had no choice once stopped but no chance I'll ever refuel at any other Mobil station again. read more

We were shocked when we saw the prices here. Luckily we drove a little ways and found gas for over $2 less per gallon. Avoid this place!

Not only are the gas prices at this service station outrageously high (they are probably betting on southbound motorists on empty tanks from a pretty desolate stretch of 101 before entering Santa Barbara), but you really have to be careful with the amount of gallons you are actually charged for. On the night of 6/15/10, I only put 15 dollars worth of gas and I was billed for 50 dollars. Beware, I only caught on when my credit card bill arrived at the end of the month. The ladies that work the cashier and answer the phones seem friendly and well-intentioned, but are pretty powerless to remedy this kind of situation. They referred me to the manager/supervisor "Jay" whom I left messages for, yet never returned my calls. No way to run a business. Clearly, there is some mismanagement occurring here. read more

I have never seen anyone buy gas here. Is it a gas station with a convenience store or a convenience store that opportunistically sells gas to someone desperate enough to buy for twice the price!! Or is it either of these businesses. Who knows but no one seems to care read more

Don't go here, price was almost twice as much as the chevron on hollister and storke.
