Public Service Announcement- do not go here. Instead of the price of gas their sign should just read "bend over" because they are gonna give it to you. Chevron is down the street, about $1.40 cheaper (yes $1.40 per gallon). Do everyone a favor and avoid this place so that they lower their ridiculous prices. I've attached a photo of their sign for your reference.

This Mobil (left) vs a more reasonable 76 (right) just one exit away.

Notorious gougers! You can get gas for a buck or more less per gallon at just about any other gas station in Goleta. E.g., try the 76 one exit north on the 101. AVOID!

*Watch for price gouging* Nearly $2.00 more per gallon than stations within a few hundred feet.

*Watch for price gouging* AVOID! It's off ramp location on Glen Annie road can be deceptive--just a few hundred feet away are gas stations nearly $2.00/gal cheaper, which are the average per gal price for the region.

    This Mobil has crazy prices!!

Came here because my boyfriend was in desperate need of gas. Thought is would be cheap since it was a Mobil. WRONG! $4.79 a gallon for regular 87 is too much! Girl at the register (Her name was Minerva) wasn't friendly either. She has too much attitude and too busy eating her ice cream to be in customer service. We were the only people there actually getting gas! It was completely empty and now I know why! Stop here at your own risk!

Gas is over a dollar per gallon more expensive. Just go to the other side of the freeway and pay normal prices.

Avoid at all costs. Most expensive gas station in SB. 2-3 per gallon more than anywhere else.

Price rip off and extremely rude service. I feel sorry for every poor soul that would have to stop there.

We were shocked when we saw the prices here. Luckily we drove a little ways and found gas for over $2 less per gallon. Avoid this place!

The sign inside the cooler said two (2) 16oz bottles of coke for $4.59 if you are part of their rewards program when you buy 2 16oz bottles of coke you get the 3rd bottle free. I got 3 bottles and a bag of sunflowers. Went to the register and the older Hispanic man behind the counter said $11.59. I was surprised so I mentioned that the sign said two bottles for $4.59 and if you are a member of their rewards, the third bottle is free. So he said oh OK enter your number, (which I believe that should be the first thing he should ask when you walk up to the register, but that's just me). So I entered my number and the new total is $11.29. So I said the total hasn't changed too much. The three bottles should be $4.59 plus the $3.19 for the sunflowers plus tax. His reply was well I don't know, so WHATEVER. Whatever? Really? That's your reply?!. Too bad I had already pumped gas, otherwise I would not have given them my business. Needless to say I did not get the soda or the sunflowers, I went to the next gas station. He was very rude, I always think if you're not happy with your job find a new one specially when you're dealing with customers.

Gas prices here are always inflated a few cents (perhaps for that reason) when compared with the average going market rate. Besides filling up, a good selection of food/snacks and restrooms (decent condition) are available. However what makes this seemingly inconspicuous pit stop noteworthy is the remarkable friendly service of the attendant. I've never before met someone so genuinely kind, polite and helpful at a gas station in Southern California. We stopped one day to buy a gallon of water and noticed the price tag for milk (~$4) was labeled in the front row of the water. We brought this to the attention of the attendant who profusely thanked us and realized that was the reason why his water sales were surprisingly low. To show his appreciation he gave us free coffee and many compliments. We stopped again on the way back to use the restroom and were surprised to hear that since the price tag had been fixed he is now nearly out of water! I'll be real with you. Unless I'm running on E, I'll fill up gas at the next stop over. However the charm of this one-of-a-kind gentleman is enough to make me pull over to grab some snacks for the road and exchange greetings with my favorite gas station attendant! Thanks Kenny!
