This gas station is conveniently located right off the 101 north/south freeway exits at Glen Annie and because of that, you truly pay premium prices. The staff are friendly and the gas station is clean and never busy but the prices are a little steep. Gas isn't cheap and the location of this place is usually a life saver when you are heading north on the 101 it is one of the few final gas stations before you get up to solvang. read more

Me and my nephew and my friend went to this gas station yesterday spent $60 on gas and my 13-year-old nephew was denied using the bathroom. The woman at the counter refused to allow him to use the restroom and said that we needed to come in with the receipt from from from the pump to prove that we spent money. The pump did not give a receipt, but our car was parked, and we were clearly pumping gas. She was very, very rude and denied allowing us to speak to any kind of supervisor so we will be dealing with corporate office about this. My nephew was forced to stay urinate outside. read more

i am handicapped. Can't walk long distances or stand very long. Bought gas and went to use the restroom. Clerk was very rude and said I had to buy something before I used the restroom. This station is giving Mobile A BAD NAME! This is a gas station - MAJOR GASOLINE COMPANY NO LESS. It's located off of the 101 in Goleta. What does one do when they are on the road for hours and hours? They need to use the restrooms, of course. The clerk behind the counter stated that we had to buy something to use the restroom. She was extremely rude about it. So we bought a $6 candy bar that normally would cost $3. Their receipt states at the top - BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING!! The gas station attendant was rude when I greeted her and tried to have a conversation. I guess I was interrupting her brunch that she was having at 10:54. She then mouthed something disrespectful to me under her breath but declined to repeat it when I asked. It's my Birthday so I wasn't going to let her ruin it and I wished her a great day. She responded with "uhuh" and walked off. Be aware this gas station is extremely expensive at $4.79 for regular and I filled up with $3 yesterday in another city. Gas prices here are consistently 1-2$ more per gallon than anywhere else. Even now, when the Shell and Chevron gas stations that are just 400 feet away charge $2.80/gal, this pump charges $4.80/gallon. I wonder why no one has reported them for fraud. Unsuspecting victims who end up gasing here, drive on Storke Rd for 400 feet, you can gas-up on Shell or Chevron. You may save 15$ on a full tank of gas. read more

I work early in the morning and decided to stop and get a cup of coffee. They had a nice little coffee station, but they had no coffee!!!! Shocking prices - avoid like the plague! I wish I had read the previous reviews before stopping at this gas station! The main price sign was unlit (it was dark out) and I didn't check the prices (my own fault but I assumed they'd be similar to elsewhere) before giving over $25 for fuel. More than double the other stations! $4.79 whereas just a few miles away it was $2.39. I actually thought the price on the pump must be wrong but no. A waste of $12 but that's a lesson learnt - needed fuel there and then so had no choice once stopped but no chance I'll ever refuel at any other Mobil station again. read more

Not only are the gas prices at this service station outrageously high (they are probably betting on southbound motorists on empty tanks from a pretty desolate stretch of 101 before entering Santa Barbara), but you really have to be careful with the amount of gallons you are actually charged for. On the night of 6/15/10, I only put 15 dollars worth of gas and I was billed for 50 dollars. Beware, I only caught on when my credit card bill arrived at the end of the month.The ladies that work the cashier and answer the phones seem friendly and well-intentioned, but are pretty powerless to remedy this kind of situation.
