If things are dirty it makes you wonder about the employee cleanliness and how the prep areas are cleaned. Even the piece of plastic above the food pickup area was disgusting. The first coffees we poured were not hot at all. We dumped them out and had to ask for new a new coffee carafe to be put out. When we got the food we went out to the car. There was something crunchy and black that wasn't supposed to be in my food. I got creeped out that it was a bug and threw the rest of the food away. Overall, this place needs a good cleaning.
