Great local station for gas. Snacks and an ok wash. Only station in area I go Go

This Mobil station is located on Commercial as you travel from LBTS towards Federal. Their gas prices are a bit higher than average, but they do have two things that are really good...a car wash station and free air..... Interestingly enough, there are TWO air pumps. The one near the car wash requires money to operate, whereas the one on the eastern side of the station is free. Just look for it... It's well lit at night, it's kept very clean and tidy. read more

This is a great little station just east of U.S.1 on Commercial Boulevard; on the outskirts of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. With six pumps and a small convenience store, there have been many times that I have held off on pumping anywhere else because of good past experiences here. I recently stopped to fill up and wasn't disappointed with the cleanliness of the pumps, the operational car wash, as well as the pump printer that worked. Knowing I'm not alone, one of my pet peeves is to have to walk in just to get my receipt from the clerk! That said, I was in and out in no time and the price for gas was comparable to all the rest in the area. read more

A car wash review? Sure! For starters, as most may know, Mobil is a gas station that is usually top of the line for upkeep and extras. This location is no exception. It has the video feeds with weather news and sports and all the pumps. It is so clean and new looking you would think it popped up just a couple weeks ago. Oh and it has one of the only gas station car washes around this area. The car wash is the usual type, hands free, 3 wash options. It's far from a perfect wash, but for a few bucks its a great spot to stop in and freshen up your ride. And it doesn't have tire rails so it doesn't beat up my tires. One of my favorite gas stations because they are just about the only one in the area that offers free air from a real air hose having a real garage type compressor. If you've ever experienced the frustration of trying to fill 80psi tires with from one of those Mickey Mouse compressors that you put quarters into, you know what I mean. Ugh! It's a task that really can't be done. But, be sure to bring your own tire pressure gauge along with you. Also, they have a nice little convenient auto car wash ideal for those quickie washes needed to keep you car free of the wind-blown sea salt or beach sands. As for prices, their gasolines usually run a few cents a gallon more than most other stations but the convenience, the cleanliness and the overall better service more than makes up for that. read more

I love the automatic car washes and I was thrilled to find one so close to my house. But one visit was enough to tell me to stay away. To begin with, I pulled in to the vacuum area to clean the carpets. I put in my $1.50 and the machine turned on, but the suction was rather weak. Much less than any other vacuum I have ever used. Also, the screen that counts down the time is so worn out, you can't read it, so you have to time it yourself. I got the carpets as clean as I could and drove over to the car wash itself. I didn't get far. The credit card machine doesn't work. It's apparently been out for a long time because they typed a sign to hang over it. I didn't want to leave my car blocking others from entering so I drove around the building and went inside. There was one person working the register but only one person in front of me. But that was enough. They have a sign up asking for patience as they are using a new system. Apparently, it doesn't work too well because it was rejecting the credit card of the man in line. The woman working the register didn't seem to care and at one point, a gentleman came out of the back room, looked around and returned to the back. Like he saw his shadow and there will be six more weeks of incompetence. There is a second register, so he could have come and opened that to tend to the people who were waiting but that was apparently not important enough. I turned and walked out. My time is valuable and I don't appreciate it being wasted. If you're going to get a new system, do the research on it first. Make sure it works properly. If not, have a plan in place to get the customers through quickly. Don't just walk away and decide it's not your problem. Because it is. read more

dont use this gas station!!!!! they are thieves!!! i told them to charge me $15 gas instead they charged $50!!! they refunded me right there they said, but it has been 10 days and i still bave no refund!!! why should a customer have to suffer because your attendant is hard of hearing and holding a conversation with other people while charging people incorrectly!!! i have called them several times ans they have the nerve to beat me getting mad about my money!!! the store owner dodges calls and at this point its about the principle!!! you dont go robbing people and getting mad at them for requesting their hard earned money!!! i didnt sell myself to grt that money, i worked my ass off to get every dollar i have. its my money and i want it now read more

This is my favorite gas station! The bright lighting makes this gas station so appealing to me. As a woman I feel so safe to stop and fill my car up at any time of night. The car wash is excellent, too! Plus they carry black cherry whiteclaw, which is my favorite! Thank you for providing such a clean, well lit establishment! read more

The pump offered and I purchased a $10 car wash at 11 PM. After re-fueling I drove to the entrance of the car wash. I pulled out the receipt because it contains the code required to start the automatic car wash. Right there on the dial pad is a small 3 inch sign that states: "Car Wash Closes at 9:30 PM" When I attempted to get a refund because I do not live locally, the man behind the counter blew me off. Offered me his boss's business card and when I said yes, please, let me have it, he then could not find it. Thieves. read more

When I'm in the area I always get my gas here at least once a week. They tend to keep their prices low all the time, that i really appreciate This is a small gas station in a busy area but I can get what I need and not have to wait in long lines. I wish more gas stations would follow suit! I highly recommend using them. read more

I like the convenience of this station and the drive thru car wash is pretty nice on occasion. I was in a rush last weekend and needed some Pepsi so I went into the store to grab that and a powerball ticket. $6.04 for a 12 pack of soda? Really. Traveling and asked for bathroom key. The old geyser there wouldn't let me use the restroom and said "no bathroom" after evening hours!!
