A lot of pumps with plenty of space in between so you're not all jammed in next to one another. We get gas here quite often and we've never had to wait for a pump. Gas prices are competitive with this area of town. This Gate has been here for about a year now and I'm amazed at how clean both the inside of the store is and also the outside near (and by) all the pumps. Inside you'll find all the bells and whistles of the new gas stations/convenience store. Hot food items, sandwiches, milkshake machine (really good milkshakes too), and the shining star which is the froyo machines and bar! Since it's open 24/7, I can't tell you the number of times I've had the hubby run get me froyo in the middle of the time. That's my absolutely favourite thing about this Gate. FROYO!!!! YESSSSS!!!! Employees are always really friendly. Super clean bathrooms. I mentioned there's froyo 24/7, right?!

The selection is very good and the place is always extremely clean. You can guarantee that the parking lot will have been recently cleaned and it doesn't even seem to have a grease stains on it which is pretty remarkable. The ice tea is always fresh and there are good condiments for the coffee. I have a guilty pleasure hitting that roller Grill and it's always hot and fresh. Whenever I am nearby I make a point of stopping here. This is just a couple miles from the airport and so much better than the gas stations all around the airport area.

I love how the restrooms have red and green lights to let you know if they are available. There's also plenty of parking and lots of pumps, so getting in and out is easy. Overall, Buc-ee's is certainly not just a gas station--it's an experience. Consider a free to visit attraction! Having said that...this stop I was checking out the sandwiches and bfast options...Most BBQ I can't have because of the seasoning on the meat, but Buc-ee's sliced turkey on the other hand - NO GARLIC Now I'm excited Then I read the rest of the ingredients in the wrapper. Garlic in the BBQ sauce So, the hubs asks the employee behind the round glass area (who was literally standing around with his arms crossed) if we can get just the turkey on a bun (no bbq sauce basically)? The dark haired, bearded guy said "No substitutions!" And my hubs was like "I get that but my wife has a garlic allergy and can't do the BBQ sauce, but can do the meat! Which is rare for her!" The gentleman said "No substitutions!" He didn't direct us somewhere else to just get the sliced turkey by itself or offer to speak to a manager or anything... Guess no more Buc-ee's stops for us!! Not willing to accommodate what I feel like is a small ask... it's not like it's a big ask to NOT PUT BBQ SAUCE on a sandwich...right?! Oh well - now onto discovering other places that accommodate
